It's a lovely place. The nature and the scenery are essential ingredients along with the generosity and hospitality of Antonio and Manuela's family. The apartment we stayed in (Archi) is spacious and equipped with every comfort. When we arrived we found it very clean. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax and find nice people.

Looking at the site, I was convinced that I would find a nice place, but the reality turned out to be beyond expectations.

Great. Very kind and generous hostess. Beautiful house and furnished. Beautiful view and furnished with a nice swimming pool. Great location, we didn't suffer the heat. Great dinner offered by Mrs. Manuela.

It's a wonderful place.

The structure is made up of 4 houses and is nestled in the beautiful surrounding hills. Each structure can accommodate more than one family, only in our one that is near the pond we were 5 families comfortably placed in rooms with private bathroom.

Quietness and Beauty

Magnificent property in the middle of nowhere surrounded by hills, apartments are spacious and comfortable, Manuela and her family are in the care of little ones, we felt immediately like family, we were able to sympathize with the other vacationers thanks to the dinner she organized for everyone - a successful, well-equipped and cleaned swimming pool every day, trays and umbrellas available as well as bicycles to walk, shops 6 km away, full of good things to see around and Manuela has always been very helpful, we are delighted with our stay, thanks a thousand and Antonio, we hope to be back soon

Apartments with wonderful tranquility, plenty of air and space and a sense of freedom

After just returning from two weeks holiday in Umbria, I must say that we had a most relaxing time at Borgo San Donnino. The accommodation was great, with all the facilities you need. The setting is perfect, in lovely scenery, and its very relaxing! The hosts were wonderful, and made us very welcome, including wonderful bottles of red wine produced by themselves. The gardens and pool were lovely. The BBQ area was great, although we did not use ourselves, we were treated to a weekly dinner by the hosts, which gave us the opportunity to meet with other guests. The location is perfect to tour both Umbria and Tuscany, both by car and train. All in all, a perfect holiday!

Suberb!

We were there in mid September with perfect weather. Being a little out of season, we were the only guests, joined occasionally by the pet donkey. We had a spacious flat (3 bedrooms, six comfortable beds) plus spacious kitchen/dining room, bathroom and balcony. Beautiful extensive garden with pizza oven and barbeque – we used both of these – no shortage of wood. Antonio and Manuela really looked after us well and shared their wine with us liberally, as well as their olive oil. Bikes are available (free) and the area is excellent for biking and walking. Also Chiusi and Citta delle Pieve close by. Perfect for long holiday, or as we had, just a weekend break.
