Very good and peacefull B&B with nice view from terrace. Host very friendly and helpfull. For refreshing there is a nice swimming pool. Location is good for excursions like Portofino en Cinque Terre. I highly recommend it! 

Fantastic! 

We stayed one spontaneous night here and had o wonderful stay. A unique place with a magnificent position and view. In addition to that, a nice host in Gianni who’s running the place with a very welcoming attitude!

We went there during the august high season, it was very hot and being there on the hills was superb with fresh air and a nice view.
The room was very clean and ok, Gianni was very kind and usefull for infos and advise.
Breakfast was very nice too.
We had a good time!

Very good location

Gianni is a wealth of information and ressources, follow his advice you wont be disappointed. Casakiwi is a great place to stay, nice triple bedroom, marvellous view and nice breakfast, great value. 
The only negative point, which is on its way to be solved, is the last 30 meters to access to the property: they are a  bit tricky if your car sits low to the ground.
We will be pleased to help Gianni and his lovely sons when they will come to paris!

The WiFi is not working at all, the water stream is very low, there is no air conditioner available and it is very hot in the room, but the owner gave us a fan machine but it didn't help to much, you can't open the windows without every passing person will see what is going on in the room and also there are no window nets so the bugs will enter the room, the road to the place is very bad and scary especially at night, the sink is blocked, the toilet paper in the bathroom is far from the toilet bowl itself, there is a mirror in the bathroom but it's located in a very high level and the mirror in the room itself has a bad lighting, the price is way to high for what you receive

Expensive for the things you get 

A nice, peaceful and quiet location up on a hill. Gianni is a great host with a warm hospitality. Parking was easy even for a big car. The location was very suitable also for us travelling with dogs. Our special request about the breakfast was met nicely.

A peaceful location with a great host

We chose this B&B as an interim stop during our trip from Rome to France.  The view of the coastal cities and the Mediterranean was terrific.  The room was fresh, new and clean.  While there is no air-conditioning a fan in the room plus the nighttime breeze at this altitude provided comfortable sleeping.  Our host, Gianni, was very helpful and insisted that we take the boat-ride from nearby Rapallo to Portofino and Santa Margherita.  This was a great suggestion which eliminated the challenges of driving to these famous ports. 

Breakfast was fresh and adequate.  The road up the mountain is a challenge:  narrow, twisting and the address was not too visible on our initial visit.  Parking was easy and adequate.

We were very satisfied with the value; it was just what we wanted and expected.

Note: The B&B address is the town of Cogorno, not on many maps, which is a tiny suburb of Lavagna which is the exit for this small town.
