We've been 3 days, last week end August 2021. Reading the reviews, we were expecting a catapech. It's a sure structure a little dated, maybe it could be followed better in the care of the details, but absolutely pleasant for those who know how to adapt and have no big claims. Good cleaning. Nearby there's a food court open all year round (200 meters), the big free beach (500 meters) that can be reached on foot or with 1 minute drive (large and free parking). The structure is in a comfortable position to walk around the whole country and right below there's a restaurant (praytoria, dining hall) very good with excellent prices (without serving).

Pleasant surprise

The accommodation is not on the lake as written and reported in the photos, but you have to walk about 600 m to get to the shores. WiFi does not exist. Bathroom without window and full of cracks on the wall, not to mention the shower with the curtain and full of hair. *The RECUBTA of payment (60€ without breakfast x 2 people) does not exist and TANTOMENO THE ANTIQUAL NORMES.* We did not measure the temperature. Our data was requested. There are no dressing rooms next to the bed, for the precision one is resting on a mobile to lift the television and another in the distance carries a power outlet that does not arrive at the power supply. At the reservation we were not told the time when we had to leave the room, to receive a call, and then have to leave the room.

To be avoided like a pest.

The bathroom was in poor condition with some rusty pieces. The same was said for the toilet. On the mattress next to the bed there was a lamp but... on that side of the bed there was no power supply. At the entrance of the room there was a basket with various objects thrown into the bathroom. Even in the bathroom we found a basket with some toilet paper in it.

It's hard to make it worse.

The location is great for connections and access to the lake, comfortable room, very important access to the oasis on the lake, disappointing breakfast, my overall impression is positive.

Relaxing living room

A very small room: bed by a square and a half, a single dressing room, a single wall-clothes attachment, a single crutch in the closet (small and narrow). A small shower and with the tent, in the bathroom there was not even hand soap. There was no wi-fi (contrary to what was stated by the structure). the blanket and one of the towels were stained. The TV only worked for one day (the owner was already aware of it before we arrived). The breakfast bar is 800 meters from the structure. Breakfast is scarce and out of date: a coffee or cappuccino and an industrial serving (of those from the supermarket discounted individually), a mattress has a piece of crusted bread and has been written down (we had to ask the B&B factory at the time of treatment of water or ice cream).

Uncomfortable structure and unfair services

We stayed in the room La Rosa cleaned and taken care of in the smallest detail by Mrs Mara, personally at hand and ready to solve any problem (if ever there were) and I say this in reference to previous reviews where customers complained maybe about the lack of a towel or something else...which could have been solved by making it present... also because given the general context writing a negative review brings nothing but a disregard to the structure and property that does everything to make it better and maybe for a mishap or lack the hour can stay and will certainly be solved.

Good structure

Nice location, average... optimal location... clean room... excellent reception from the owner... nice dinner in the attached restaurant... only bad breakfast in the morning only cappuccino and cornetto...

Touch and run

It's a pretty nice place, but not very clean, and the housewife is a little approximate...there are actually several facilities, but it's not all clear from how the site was set up. Breakfast is based on donuts and packaged connectors inconceivable! It would be so little to make the stay very pleasant.

That's not enough.

We spent one night in this b&b to bike around the lake. The stay for one night was pleasant, friendly staff and clean room. In the evening we then had dinner at the annexed restaurant. The dinner was average but not exceptional, perhaps also because we were out of season. The lake with the two villages facing out, is charming with breathtaking views. Unfortunately the road that runs along the lake from Castel de Tora to the dam is interrupted by a slide.
