We celebrated my 60th birthday with my family on December 29th, everything was perfect.

It was a fantastic experience.

The owner didn't want to accept the reservation with the smartbox, telling us that with the old agreements for him there would be no gain and he asked us for an extra 40€ then it dropped to 30€ Sorry Mr. Tonino, his war and polemic with the smartbox certainly doesn't win it this way... Great restaurant with separate management from the structure, Alexander and his wife great workers, kind and hospitable, the breakfast is good, but a little poor.. sin!! we don't have pictures of the dinner, but it was great and genuine.

The complex presents itself as a small spacious village with buildings connected to each other with wheels, staircases and terraces. The finely restored stone part of the walls is beautiful and typical of the Marcheian countryside, large garden well-groomed fields frame it. The complex is equipped with a raised pool on a small adjacent hill unfortunately not served by bar service. The furnishings of the rooms are antiquated and lived although the whole ensemble is cleansed. The simultaneous lack of air conditioning and mosquito tanks at the windows make them unpleasant nightly visits of starving mosquitoes.

Great potential still to be expressed

Everything is fine, the room is clean and spacious, the swimming pool is great, the restaurant is good, breakfast time is around 9:00, parking inside the farmhouse, good reception, a few minutes from the town centre is a good base to explore the Sibillini area.

A good way to visit the Sibylines

We stayed 4 nights in the room 21 which is actually a full kitchen corner apartment with everything needed for cooking, washing machine and stand. Arredi dated. Located on the ground floor and very close to the beautiful swimming pool reserved for the guests of the farmhouse, except when the owner had the private party check out for 30 minutes late as happened on the last day. If it were not for the privacy mattress and bathroom buses that I wanted to replace the apartment... The bar bar and the bathroom would have been invaded by the owner and this is creating a little discomfort on the bottom of the premises. It

Then I knew this restaurant with the old management who never made a mistake with which I came to look at the dishes brought by the new management who boasted of making Veneto-Marchian cuisine... commonly Hungarian salami does not sink... then the top is in the Grill stacked on the plate infiltrated by poor toast in all this living poultry the dog remained constant even in the new management and helped us finish the meal...

What to say, we were looking for tranquility and relaxation on the occasion of our anniversary, clean and crisp air of the period (early September) clean room with veranda to relax in the evening after dinner, rustic restaurant as we like with dishes for us of good quality prepared by chef Antonio, excellent service personally curated by Rosy, very nice person and willing to meet our requests and finally a heartfelt thanks to Mr. Tonino and his family (managers of the structure) very willing to solve those small inconveniences that occur during the stay that among other things could occur in any structure not all works perfectly, perfection does not exist).

Quiet and relaxed in the pure state

I went over there and recommended the farmhouse for the restaurant, and we found it very nice, quiet and no notes during the stay.

Absolute Calmness and Tranquility

We were pleasantly surprised by the facility's availability and the beauty of the small village, including a beautiful swimming pool at our disposal.

I don't understand the positive reviews, unless they're travelers who are not content with little.
