We stayed two nights, August 20 and 21. We were very nice and discreet. We were two families of four and they gave us two bedrooms of seven. I was afraid strangers would arrive in the room because I haven't been in a hostel for years but they reassured us by saying that they don't usually put people who don't know each other in the same room.

What a great discovery.

Hostel located in a villa with a nice park. The rooms are for 6 people. The price includes breakfast. For only 1 € extra there are towels available. Bathrooms on the ground floor. Dinner (good and plentiful) available for 12 €. Recommended!!!

A good welcome on Francis Street.

It's been a wonderful experience, we celebrated our wedding... despite the COVID restrictions, we were amazingly good.

The hostel is - as the name suggests - a beautiful villa with a large park across the street. Maurizio, the host, is very pleasant and friendly. The two ladies in the kitchen are also super nice. The breakfast is available for an extra 12 euros and is highly recommended! It has only one bathroom with showers per floor (though additional separate toilets), but it has nevertheless worked without problems. Price/performance barely tops. Very highly recommended.

Good environment at low prices

Not finding accommodation in the city, I expanded the camp and found at a very low price two nights in the hostel 15 minutes from the centre of Rieti. Quiet, nature and kindness, and back there is a large garden. Surrounded by so many harmless and closed birds, you can admire life.

It's a very quiet place.

It's not the first time we've eaten at this hostel. Unfortunately, the menu is the one we're supposed to have at home.

Amateur race

A hostel obtained in a seventeenth-century gentleman's villa, recovered at the time of the Jubilee. So you have six rooms. The manager however guaranteed that it is also for single use; being more than for families with children who spool in the neighbouring Franciscan areas they prefer not to be aligned with the classic hostel (type of London mixed rooms, to understand us). They left me the keys so I was able to return late from Rome. I don't know if it goes to trust or it is a fixed rule.

Relaxing and calm

More of a villa than a hostel, quiet location with so much greenery and so many animals. There's not even a shelter for fun! Great for work trips in large groups, spacious clean rooms and top services! Not to mention the staff, super kind patient and available!!

Not just a hostel.

It's a hostel and therefore suitable for not necessarily large groups. I host it whenever there are athletics competitions in Rieti. The reception is excellent, the kitchen simple, but of quality and the rooms are spacious.

It's a villa surrounded by a very green park, a creek with aquatic animals, geese and parrots.
