For the first time I found everything perfect in a boarding house the wonderful panoramic place the manager missus virginia simply unsurpassed and also missus grace who served us a juicy first breakfasts the spacious accommodation and cared in every detail impeccable cleaning mattress and pillows like at home sounds incredible but for me having to vote I would give 11.

Everything in its place

We've been to Abruzzo many times, my wife and I and we've always been very good together, except in this situation, yesterday the owner of the structure called us, telling us that she made a mistake on the ns reservation, noticing that the ns reservation was made on July 30, morale told us that practically, the ns room was still occupied by other guests. now I say you notice after almost 10 days of this alleged error or did you prefer to keep the guests that you have all the time    more I also come to say that you had the care to warn us? you should be ashamed, especially in this period that is mid-July and it's not easy to find other structures

The accommodation is beautiful, the dedication and attention to detail is noticeable, the attention of the owner, super kind, and prepares some very rich breakfasts, but also the place where it is located, a paradise between the mountains and the sea.

Magical atmosphere

We were enchanted! what a wonderful room with a canopy bed! spacious and comfortable, even the bathroom! characteristic stone structure. On the hills panoramic view! delicious breakfast! Very nice Mrs.

We stayed three nights in this beautiful, spacious, clean, well-maintained room, breakfast at the top of the porch with a spectacular view, a gentle owner.

Exceptional B&B

We were in three in this villa for a one-night stand in July 2021. If you can choose Let's give you the upper rooms that will definitely have a better view, our downstairs one side faced a hedge and the relative exit door was not open while the other faced a hedge overlooking the parking lot.

Nice but improving.

Villa Polercia is an enchanting, panoramic location on the sea and on the entire valley at 250 meters altitude, air conditioning is not necessary. There would be to write an endless list of beautiful things, but I limit myself to just a few: comfortable panoramic rooms, very clean and comfortable beds, the kindness and sympathy of the homeowners, Pino and Virginia, who make you feel like at home. Virginia prepares every morning crackers, cakes and hot cornets for the bones. Pino instead lists the most beautiful beaches and all the villages to visit with typical restaurants indicated for the evening.

An Unrepeatable Holiday

Villa Polercia is located in a strategic position to reach the sea, immersed in the green and away from the chaos. The rooms are spacious, quiet and very clean. The breakfast is excellent: the owner sings sweets every morning and it's all overwhelming. The managers are friendly, handy and provide clarifications and advice on the nearby places to visit.

Total relaxation

We stayed in Villa Polercia only one night, the view of the Abruzzo hills and the sea on the other side is beautiful, the room was wonderful (furnished very well, it seems to be in a castle), the breakfast very good and the two very courteous and hospitable owners, it seems to be in the house of friends.
