The interior is also nice. Very poorly maintained, both in the exterior and interior spaces. I rented a single room on the ground floor. The only good thing is that they are spacious for the rest of the negative. Very dirty, I found dishes and dishes various dirty and greasy, I avoided using them. The bathroom (the shower) is very dirty, the anti-slip mat I took off was full of dirty upholstery, the one I took off is put outside with the guy who is present in the case you want to clean. I took off the sheets because they gave off a bad smell. I took off the sheets, I think I'm 20 years old, full of stains, I slept on a mattress for the third guest and what is on the mattress! If you need anything, I wrote the patient to the floor, if you want me to clean it, I should give you an average of 10-12 hours if you want me to answer the question.

Bad experience

Nice room, great view, but the exterior looks decaying. Too much different information from what was posted on the site... the check-in time was changed, but we only knew about it half an hour before closing. On arrival the air conditioner and the TV were not working and we had to wait until the next morning x fix the TV and know that the air conditioner was not present. Despite the kindness of the reception, negative quality price ratio.

Disappointed

Our fault that we didn't call to ask but poor supply, a bathrobe for two small bags of soap for four people, arrived in the evening and left again in the morning so we arranged

Improved

A large single room well equipped for cooking. The bathroom is also very spacious. Inserted in a nice setting and with a beautiful view a few minutes from the long lake. A negative note the air conditioning paid beyond the hours provided by the facility decided by them. The bed was actually a sofa.

Good but essential

Overall nice stay, only sofa beds though but the website does warn against this, what the website doesn’t say is that the pool, bar and restaurant only open from July during peak season. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English which helped. The gardens were lacking attention which spoilt a little but overall good. 

Overall good, lacking a little 

We came three days to visit Lake Como, and the location of the traveler's Oasis was excellent. The apartments are independent (and ours on two levels), with lake view. Equipped with dishes, TV towels, very clean and in a strategic position for visits to the locations of the lake. The managers are kind and very available.

Family Vacation

I stayed there with my family and relatives for one night for a tour in the vicinity. The residence has several housing solutions, in summer you can relax, and take the sun in the pool with a look at the view of the lake and the nearby mountains that surround us. The apartment is equipped with the minimum necessary with bathroom linens, sheets, in a recent construction context.

Ideal for those who don't have too many demands

With a beautiful lake view, however, the rooms should be improved, the bed uncomfortable (divan-bed) and the structure externally poorly maintained.

Nice place but a little uncomfortable

I was there in June with a group of 30 people, and I thought they made a special price, but just now the bill came through, and I protested against paying a huge sum for sleeping on an unprepared couch in a really sad room, and having a shameful breakfast.

Shameful

I spent the New Year at the property with friends staying in two rooms (max 4 people). Both were very dirty in fact they were full of spiders and we found a wasp nest attached to the tent (it is impossible not to have noticed) in the first room and a litter in the second. What INACCETABLE!!!!! We were not even satisfied with the organization: -in the price of the accommodation were included the phon and the microphone but the second one was not given to me because they were finished!
