Booked a room, canceled it on time two days later and also received the cancellation confirmation. Hotel Silvano still booked the amount from the credit card, despite several direct contacts, the money was never transferred back. Never a response to mails. Elaborate recovery process via booking platform and credit card company, finally getting money back from booking platform. Never response from Hotel Silvano - except when debiting. Calls on the phone for many hours, written many emails, for money that belongs to me. Untrustworthy and not recommended.

Once and never again

When we arrived and moved a chair to look for socket to charge phone,  found top and dirty tissues The room had no Air Con just a fan with blades that did not turn. The bedding and soiled table covers not changed all week,problem with water for three days. The staff were the rudest I have ever met,I cannot believe in this day and age no chiller cabinets,  yogurts left in a bowl of cold water, had to ask for plates and cups.The same cutlery was kept for all courses.This is only a few problems with Hotel,If this Hotel was in Britain it would be lucky to get one star Avoid it if possible

Worst Hotel Ever

No way is this a hotel that should have customers.The number of faults is too many to list.Cleaners dont exist,our room was ignored for the entire week.Wee couldnt get showered as there was hardly any water and what there was was cold.The towels  never changed nor were the sheets.Our free bar was served in happy birthday plastic cups and we were not allowed in the pool between 12 and 3 for cleaning!!,the hottest part of the day.Breakfast was a laugh,everything cold including the bacon,eggs and beans which had no means of being kept warm.Dinner was ok but the food wasnt of the highest quality.The whole place was lacking in maintenance and the management just shrugged and didnt appear to want us there.No air conditioning except in some rooms which i suspect were reserved for the locals,which meant if you opened your windows the smell of exhaust/petrol fumes from the garage door could be overpowering.Do not stay here.

A joke!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Rude staff,rooms never cleaned, bed linens gray and never changed in the six nights we stayed there.Food was pretty awful cold eggs in morning same crappie meat every night.Do not stay at this place!!!

Hotel hell hole

Rude Staff we were told you are in Italy speak Italian when we asked why 4 adults were placed in one room. Every night we had the same disgusting meal, we were supposed o have a four hour free bar but it was only for 2 and a half hours as they closed the bar during dinner. Our bed linen was not changed all week, the fan provided to cool the room was filthy and I have pictures to prove this.  Stay away from the "Bates Motel" Disgusting.

Disgusting Hotel

Absolutely disgusting. Don't know how national holidays can use this hotel. The room was large but very dated, bathroom was very small and the view from the balcony was into somebody else's window. The food was bland and repetitive and trying to get a drink was nigh on impossible. When we did manage to get a drink the young lad behind the bar wasn't very good. The hotel was very poorly run, very little staff and what staff there was they looked after their own. If it wasn't for the brilliant people we met on the coach and the wonderful driver Nick it would have been a holiday from hell.
