The house is located in the center of Falzes, a small village in the Pusteria Valley two steps from Brunico. The apartment reflects the photos and is quite large and equipped with all the comforts. The owners speak almost mainly German but were very friendly and available. In addition, in the village there is everything: minimarket, ATM, bakery two steps and it is very nice.

For a perfect holiday in Upper Adige

We stayed in a very small apartment, very clean, and furnished with accessories for the kitchen and laundry. The only sin is the bathroom, really small, without bidet and window, with very few support floors. Especially after a few days of rain, you get a feeling of humidity. The parking lot is adjacent to the house which is a few steps from the center of the small village of Falzes, where there are restaurants, the tourist office, a supermarket and a well-equipped bakery. The housewife is kind and discreet. It is a good arrangement for a few days' stop.

In line with expectations

A nice apartment in the quiet of Falzes, the apartment has been presented clean and furnished with everything, the discreet and kind owners, free private parking, recommended.

Comfortable and functional

The view of the Alps, the flowers, the crops, the village, the churches and the people look like another dimension. The apartment was on the second floor of the bungalow. The rooms were spacious. It had a capacity for 6 people. The bathroom and kitchen were fully equipped. The object was the lack of bed sheets... Just one detail as the owner was very friendly Wifi worked correctly The price ratio seemed optimal to me: 148 euros..for 2 nights. In our case we were 3 people but we could go up to 6, for the same price. I hope to return someday to this beautiful place!!!!!

A charming place in the Upper Adige...

I arrived at the Rieder Apartment at 3:00 pm, booked two months in advance and confirmed as requested a month earlier. The owner told me that the apartment was no longer available because she had allowed a previous guest to stay longer. My booking had been made months earlier and confirmed the previous month, when I also confirmed the arrival time. However, we had to cancel our stay because there was no other accommodation available on site for five people at the last moment. With the owner we reached an agreement that I would ask for cancellation without penalty (165€) and that she would accept. So I received but despite emails and phone calls, I did not receive a confirmation of cancellation without penalty.

The landlady gave away our booked room, so no one's home.

The room cost one euro more per night than we booked at Booking.com. The bill was automatically rounded up. So we paid more than we expected. The kitchen shelves and a cloth on it were very dusty.

More expensive than we thought.

Unfriendly, and everything came down, not to recommend! We arrived at the boarding house at 9.30 pm due to a total lockdown, at Booking.com I had already indicated our arrival time in advance so that people knew when we were coming. I booked a large room with 2 bedrooms including breakfast in December. For 4 adults and a baby. When we arrived, after all the driving stress, we were told that the room had already been given to someone else and we should be happy if you give us even now (about this time) 2 double rooms. Man left with us when we came to the dining room the next morning, at 8 am. In the morning we couldn't find anything to go out for breakfast because there was nothing to eat there, there was nothing to watch and there was nothing to eat, and of course we didn't have to go to the bathroom at all. And of course, we didn't have to pay for the room, and it was uncomfortable, but we didn't have to go to the bathroom.

One night, never again.

We were greeted by the hostess in a very polite way. The apartment we booked was clean and cozy. You have to bring the necessary as vinegar oil salt and dishwasher but not bad since the village has a supermarket. It is located in a very quiet place where you can really relax. The wifi connection is perfect and fast. Private parking in front of the structure but in a square 10 meters away there is plenty of space. I highly recommend.

Quiet place with everything at hand

It's a great apartment at a modest price with all the comforts. There's nothing missing, including the warmth that's important in this time period.
