While this hotel caters mostly to couple who want a private and discreet place to meet, it's also an excellent place for a solo traveller needing a stopover. Rooms are ample and spotless with the convenience of leaving the car right in from of your door. 
No breakfast room (again, for privacy reasons) but you can have some basics delivered to your room.

Hotel Motel very convenient on the highway, very clean, parking in front of the room, maximum discretion and privacy. Clean room, wide, bathroom with shower for two!!!

The most classic of the motels, nice entrance and exit alley and very comfortable car park in front of the room.

The typical motel.

First thing on the tv was PORN. The internet is guarded like every bit costs the a ton of gold. The rooms are clean, but it seems like a day use motel rather than a respectful one.. if you need to sleep and leave, this will do, but if you’re looking for anything other than that, go somewhere else

If nothing else is available, this will do… if you can, find a different hotel, you’ll thank me later

Comfortable, quiet and a large room with a pleasantly nurtured fridge bar. They are independent accommodations, with parking in the garden, front room. Breakfast in the room, in the utmost discretion and an excellent quality price ratio.

Two steps from the freeway.

Great motel as I remembered, clean, well maintained and very well maintained, excellent room cleaning and amenities, very well-stocked bar and fully renovated rooms, great for those who want to take a short break or stay overnight.

That's perfect.

Nice motel near the exit of the highway and the Fidenza outlet collage. Quiet, defile great for those looking for privacy. Car parking in front of the room. Spacious, essential but quite comfortable room. To improve the courtesy of the bathroom (there were brushes and there was no soap... we washed our hands with the bathtub), I would add towels appendages, another type of phon, this one reduces the hair to bush. Breakfast in the room served through the living room, but if in the bedroom you are in two why only one chair?

It's a good motel.

The structure is strategically located not far from the Fidenza box, surrounded by a high hedge that provides some privacy. A room of adequate size, with table and chairs. Clean as well as the bathroom was well cleaned. Perhaps I would suggest a repainting on the walls. For a stay of 2 nights, we were changed towels after the first night. Frigobar provided. A comfortable structure to get to the Parma fair. A note of appreciation to the employees, who satisfied a simple request for breakfast and were friendly and cordial. A special thank you to the director who took care to inform us about the specifics of the breakfast service. In general, although in the particularly discreet structure of the facility, the service was always invisible but very positive.

Reserved, easy to reach, convenient

It's a motel so the rooms are all on the ground floor and you can park your car right in front of your front door. The room was very clean, spacious right, in the bathroom there was everything needed.

It's all right.

I stopped by one night for a break on a trip south, great location, price ratio, I think unbeatable quality, breakfast is brought to the room for everyone through a lively pass, friendly and helpful staff, absolutely recommended.
