Cleanliness equal to zero towels never changed and always reusing the usual, let's not talk bad except for the pizza quality price I wouldn 't give him even 20 euros a night personal rude... I never want to come back a second time then bed to sleep judging you...

So you feel the cars and dangerous to cross Breakfast time not okay even on New Year's Eve up to 9 Breakfast always the same even if good but not changing.. cleaning ok

That's it.

It's a very uncomfortable bed and pillow to change quickly, back pain and cervical pain insured, breakfast time too uncomfortable, it closes at 9 and it's all really stressful, good kitchen, spacious but clean room, but its street view makes it noisy from cars at night.

Just to spend the night

We spent a seam here on the driveway. Price performance is absolutely top. The lady of the house spoke German fluently. I ate here perhaps the best pizza I've ever had. In addition, there was a very good beer with Ayinger, everything at really fair prices. I would recommend the house at any time without reservation.

Good accommodation, great food

We ate here 2 times during our vacation in Villandro. Typical dishes of the place (canederli, egg spices and potatoes). Very good and abundant portions. Even the pizza is very good (I recommend the farmer).

What a wonderful kitchen!

Very, very nice, family-friendly care. Spacious rooms with enough storage space. Good kitchen where once a pizza was baked in the desired size for an elderly woman. Enough parking. Ideal starting point for exploring the area, near the motorway junction. The only wormhole is the federal road right in front of the house, but you can only hear it when the window is open.

It's a good place to stay!

Judith's warm welcome, attentive and available, like her mother and all the staff. Great breakfast with choice between sweet, salty, fruitful, good hood and coffee. Good restaurant service with pizza in the evening. Spacious, essential, functional, clean room. Large free parking.

Pleasantly softened!

We stayed one night during our itinerant holiday on the high-altitude cycling route to Vipiteno and it was immediately a positive impact: a very comfortable position to reach from the bike (indications for the structure and characteristic wooden bridge to cross Isarco), a very kind reception, availability for bicycles and for immediate needs we had, order, cleaning, excellent cuisine and plenty of breakfast.

A pleasant surprise.

The hotel is very easy to reach, right after Bolzano, heading towards Bressanone. The convenient parking for guests is a step from the entrance. The owner is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and warm. The breakfast is very good. It's easy to bang your head in our room with the sloped roof and reachable. A place to remember for the next time.

Small Hotel near Bolzano

The location of the hotel is about 10 minutes by car north of Bolzano, in the valley of Isarco. At the point where the hotel stands the valley is particularly narrow and the very steep slopes, the motorway and the state road of Brennero practically overlap. The hotel is directly on the state road and so the rooms, the windows with double windows try to isolate from the noise of the road but with little success. Certainly it could be a simple structure for passing tourists where they want to spend the night but I can't hear anything more. The rooms are furnished in a simple way, without air conditioning, small bathroom without bidet, but it is in Alto Adige, television with 3 channels in Italian, the German broadcasting station Sicily and the relationship between Alzira and Corsica, but probably the hotel does not want to offer a very good quality, but the quality of the facilities is very low, and the quality of the hotel is not very good.
