Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. Guests can rent them at the property for the following extra charge: 8 Euros per person, per night. A surcharge of 5.00EUR applies for arrivals from 18:00 until 23:00. A surcharge of 50.00EUR applies for arrivals from 23:00 until 24:00. A surcharge of 100.00EUR applies for arrivals after 24:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
