Completely refurbished historic palazzo with 102 rooms and suites with five-star service, surrounded by a lush parkland. This is a secluded and calm place at an altitude of 700 m above sea level, with clean mountain air. On the territory of the resort there is a healing spring of mineral water for drinking.

Chef Heinz Beck, awarded three Michelin stars, together with Palazzo Fiuggi Nutrition Specialist and Medical Director Professor David Della Morte Kanoshi, has developed a unique nutrition program for the resort's guests. Drawing on his knowledge and rich experience in the field of natural bioenergy, Heinz Beck creates individual menus for hotel guests, light and healthy dishes made from organic products. Unlike other health spas, these menus are formulated with nutrients that can activate cellular pathways associated with anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant processes, where food serves as a medicine that helps the body when prepared and served properly. Heinz uses local organic products to prepare his meals, offering Palazzo Fiuggi guests a unique menu based on a Mediterranean diet.

Palazzo Fiuggi has the first 18-hole golf course in Italy. The area around the resort offers many healthy outdoor activities (cycling, Nordic walking, jogging, horse riding, etc.).

The resort offers its guests the following main programs, each of which can be adjusted according to the individual needs of the guest: Complete Life Rewind, Full Immuno Boost, Optimal Weight, Deep Detox, Body Reset, Fit & Well, (Fitness & Wellness) and Post COVID-19. Programs for 4,5,7, 11,14 nights. The cost of each of these programs includes all procedures, meals, consultations and examinations. The Palazzo Fiugg offers various excursions and walks just an hour's drive from the hotel: a guided tour of the village of Chocharia and the most famous abbeys of the region (Subiaco, Trisulti, Casamari), private guided tours of Rome, rafting, hiking, cycling local tours, private guided tours of the ancient medieval villages of Fumone, Anagni, Collepardo, Veroli, Alatri, Ferentino, Subiaco, Akuto, Piglio.
