Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Scala Elegant Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours as following: Check-in from 19:00 until 21:00 costs EUR 10. Check-in from 21:00 until 23:00 costs EUR 20. Check-in from 23:00 costs EUR 40. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please contact the property in advance in order to arrange the check-in.
