Visitors arriving in Florence by car should be aware that the hotel is located within a paid-access Limited Zone Area. In accordance with regulations, the City of Florence will require the payment of a EUR 1.00 access fee payable to the hotel for every single access by car into the city centre of Florence.
Once inside the Limited Zone Area, guests have two hours time to reach the Hotel. The Hotel is accessible by car and upon your arrival the hotel will arrange for a number plate to be registered on the website of the City of Florence. Guests who take longer than two hours to arrive at the hotel will be subject to a penalty charge, which cannot be appealed.
Reservation for museums, excursions and shuttle service from or to airport or train station is possible.
