Just checked out when writing this, the staff was very friendly and helpful, check in and check out was very easy and quick!

The room is as in the picture, even better, and huge ! Not really a new hotel but well, built in 2009 and well maintained for sure. Everything works perfectly and the internet was fast and very easy to connect

But the highlight of my stay was actually the breakfast which included in the room, it was AMAZING, lots if varieties and the freshness and taste was more than i could imagine, and coffee was spot on

This hotel was not my first pick at first but chose this hotel finally because of need of a free parking spot, which this hotel has. But surely this hotel will be my first option for my next visit!

Best breakfast, wonderful staff!

I stayed there during a business trip but the hotel is widely used for tourists groups. Room is spacious, furnitures are not new but in pretty good conditions. You could hear the sound of other rooms, so i would recommend to bring earplugs. Amenities are very poor, hairdryer is old and poor, cheap soap in the bathroom, no ironing, no kettle. Nevertheless it was enough for a short stay.
Big parking available, unfortunately public transport is not convenient and is far from the city center.

Good for business trips or groups

Be warned that if you go here as part of a group you will be treated as second class citizens. The breakfast room for a group is dreary, and serves canned fruit cocktail, mass produced pastries, bad coffee machine coffee and not much else. Our group also had several dinners at the hotel. The meals were adequate, with powdered mashed potatoes, turkey, canned vegetables as a typical dinner. Your group would be better served by eating at any other place in town, including just getting a lot of pizzas.
The rooms were nice, clean, and large, The air conditioning was an issue, as it is controlled by the front desk who doesn't want you to use it. 
It is a secure location, and good for a bus tour.

The pool area was really nice and we enjoyed it. 

Staff are very helpful. 

The hotel itself is in an enclosed area so the parking is very secure but are also offered underground further secure parking.

This hotel was just as advertised, lovely spacious rooms and tasty breakfast. The location is about 20 minutes drive from the centre of Florence and the pool was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel with ample parking and clean, comfortable and stylish rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly to us and we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel close to Florence

Choose another hotel.  

When we first arrived I had high hopes. The hotel looked nice and the rooms were clean

Then it quickly went down hill.  At night it felt like a furnace in the room, causing a horrible night sleep. I asked others in my group and they experienced the same thing.  What we found  out is that the front desk ( who are not very friendly) control each rooms temperature.  The next night I talked to them and they begrudgingly said they would lower it.   I additionally had to call and complain because the temperature did not change.

The room does not have a lot of outlets and only on 1 side of the bed

If you came with a tour, you do not eat breakfast on the main floor, you need to go to floor -1.    It is a very dreary room with a very dreary breakfast. The food was not good.   No fresh fruit, warm milk.  Nothing appealing 

If it was located in City center MAYBE you would tolerate this,  but you are not.  You need to spend additional money on a taxi.

Overall, I absolutely would not recommend.  

This is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion

Not Good

This was a very dissatisfying stay. For a four star hotel, you would expect basic amenities. 

I’ll start with the positive. The rooms were clean and the place looked nice. The food at the restaurant (for dinner) was excellent and the waitstaff was friendly. Those were the highlights of our stay. 

As for the negatives. First of all, the front desk staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. They were argumentative when you asked for something. The air conditioning in the rooms was off, so they were very hot.  We learned that the AC was controlled by the desk. When you asked them to turn the air in your room down, they would argue about the windows. Multiple parties in our group had to ask several times to get any change made. There was no tea or coffee in the room. They had hot water out but literally refused to get a cup for it if you asked. They had a separate breakfast for people on group tours with a far worse selection than the regular breakfast. Only one of the 4 or so outlets in the room actually worked. 

Overall, I would absolutely not recommend. Unsure of how this place has earned 4 stars.

Very disappointing stay

Clean and decent hotel - nothing outstanding but a good experience overall, love the comfortable big bed and layout of the room. Restaurant in location is good overall but needs more vegetarian options. Hotel needs to have ice machine and hot 🥵 water or kettle in rooms- No coffee machine or goodies in room

Stayed here as part of a tour. Hotel treats these guests as second class. Rooms had mini bars emptied before hand. Breakfast was bit served where other guests ate, and the breakfast was disgusting. The only hot food in the breakfast was cold soggy scrambled eggs, and coffee was undrinkable. 

Comfortable hotel but breakfast horrible

I recently stayed at NIL Hotel for official trip. It was a rather disappointing experience. The lack of basic amenities left me quite frustrated.
First and foremost, there is NO tea/coffee making arrangement in room. Upon request for electric kettle, they respond "we do not have any".
One plug point in room on other side of bed. 
No shower gel, conditioner or body lotion in bathroom.
No drawer in the room.
No water bottle, even on first day. They are keeping 4 water bottle in small fridge, costing 2.5 euro each (half liter). 
There was no office chair or table to work, just small space next to TV.
Walls are too thin, that you can get noise from neighboring room even if they speak softly. Toilet flush sound at night is really irritating. 
Very limited breakfast option. NOT AT ALL 4 start standard.
This hotel is outside city, nearest public transport is bus, which is about to 650 meters from hotel. Nearest tram station is around one KM.

Staff is very rude and arrogant.
