Elena is a helpful,warm-hearted and friendly host. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed that the house is outside the crowded city center. There is a lovely garden to relax in and the room was clean. Delicious breakfast.

Wonderful stay

This place is simply beautiful, so authentic and pretty! Elena is a lovely host who’s always there to help you out. She also makes the best breakfast. I was in Florence with my mom for a couple of days and we truly enjoyed our time here together and we’ll definitely come back one day! Thank you Elena and family for everything

Perfect stay for a long weekend in Florence!

Just back from staying at this very special bed and breakfast - a characterful period house set in a quiet suburb of Florence - and cannot recommend it highly enough. The rooms are tasteful and spacious with high ceilings, great quality bed linen and well appointed bathroom. Everything is spotlessly clean. Location is only a short bus ride to the centre of Florence, though you can walk it in about half an hour.
An added bonus is the beautiful large, peaceful garden which guests can use to wind down after a busy day’s sightseeing.
Breakfast is a delicious and friendly affair and we enjoyed the fruit, yoghurts, cakes and croissants that Elena served for us in the pretty kitchen. Oh yes and the scrambled eggs! 
Elena is the best hostess I’ve ever encountered - nothing was too much trouble and she was invaluable when we were making plans as to what to do in Florence. 
You will not be disappointed with this bed and breakfast - it is truly like a ‘home from home’.

Superb!

My family and I had the most wonderful stay here in June.  Elena was such a great host, she helped us with transportation, restaurants, laundry and made us a fantastic breakfast each day we were there.  The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable and the location is in this cute little neighborhood that had jasmine flowers blooming everywhere. We will definitely be back again!

Great stay in Florence!

Excellent and super clean B&B run by a very welcoming and charming owner (Elena).  Although located on the other side of the river from downtown Florence it was very easy to catch a bus (Number 11) just a quick walk from the hotel.  Turn left on the main street .. and the stop for the bus is front of a car wash / camper parking - you just have to keep walking a few meters past this stop to a Café-Tabaco shop to purchase your bus ticket(s).  Plaza Michelangelo with superb views overlooking Florence city (delightful to visit for sunset) and the Bobili Gardens are not far from the B&B as well.
Elena's B&B is located on a quiet side street and we were lucky enough to snag a parking space (free) right in front of her establishment for the duration of our two days.  A nice garden to sit in both at the front and the back of the house.  Really nicely decorated.  The B&B is taken care of with great love and it shows.  Breakfast is spot on - loads of choices from savory to sweet and Elena whips up the fluffiest tastiest scrambled eggs I have eaten in a long time!  :)

Super firendly owner - suiper clean B&B excellent for your tip to Florence

Beautiful B&B in a quiet suburb on the South of Florence. Lovely walk to the centre (about 25 minutes), public transport also available if you don't fancy the walk. Felt very safe. Free and convenient parking a big bonus and Elena even let us do self-check in due to our late flight arrival, which was very kind of her. We loved the B&B, Elena is a fantastic and knowledgeable host and she clearly works very hard and has a lot of pride in her lovely place (and rightly so). Breakfast was great and included pastries, cereals, toast and freshly cooked eggs - there were even little baked goods which were different each morning. Our room was very spacious and absolutely spotless (even in the nooks and crannies) - very impressive! We felt very much at home here and would recommend Fiorenza B&B to other travellers.

Great B&B with fantastic host

This is my first hotel review, and I felt I had to do this for this lovely place!
We’ve been traveling in europe for a while now and a few weeks here in Italy and b&b Fiorenza is the most amazing place we’ve got to spend some nights.
This place is crisp and clean, Elena our host was incredible, she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and explained everywhere we could go in Florence. She had prepared a map with all the important spots and even put the bus stops on it. This stay is more than worth the price.

The breakfast is absolutely delicious, everything is homecooked. Elena even asked us if we had allergies. This is a personalized stay. Perfection to say the least.

Exceptional

Set in a large house about ten minutes bus ride from the centre of Florence, this bed and breakfast is perfectly placed to give you a real sense of what living in Florence is really like.  Our room was spacious, with TV, comfortable double bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe and sofa: overall, a very pleasant and well-appointed bedroom.
We chose the time of breakfast each day we stayed and we were very pleased with the choice of breakfast foods on offer.  Each day, we ate fresh fruit, croissants and freshly cooked scrambled eggs, washed down with plenty of tea and orange juice!
The owner, Elena, gave us a first class personal service.  Elena was very helpful in giving useful information about the range of attractions and eateries around Florence and nothing was too much effort for her.
In short, we are delighted to have found a great base for when we visit Florence again.

The most friendly place to stay

Very friendly and kind host Elena. Room was bigger than we expected and clean. Breakfast was good with eggs, yogurt, juice, homemade quiche (Very tasty). Location was quiet, birds where singing. Public transportion was very unreliable. Tips for restaurants where super. 

Lovely stay

We spent 6 relaxing nights at Elena's B&B. It is located in a nice quiet part of Florence easily accessible by bus into the city centre. She has a great property with large rooms as well as a massive outdoor space out the back. She takes great care catering to any extra needs required and even remembered a certain special day.
