We stayed in this hotel from August 13 to 18...that is to say, everything perfect. To welcome us a sweet lady, owner of the facility who, throughout our stay, has always been available and ready to meet our needs. Very clean hotel, as well as the rooms, recently renovated and very comfortable. Great location as it is possible to reach any destination in Val di Funes...even though it is on the road, the room was very quiet and you could feel the nearby stream.

The perfect vacation.

We did not sleep here. We stopped only to drink something. The place ia dark and gloomy. The owners are clearly unwelcoming, especially if you speak Italian or English. To top it off, we paid 17 euro for a coke, a small beer and a bottle of water. Congratulations!

Not again thanks

The hotel is located along the state road leading directly to Val di Funes but overlooks a beautiful panorama. The furnishings are definitely dated and the presence of the carpet in the room scared me not only because I am an allergic, but the excellent cleaning of the rooms and the rooms definitely raise the level. Everything is always very clean and orderly. The breakfast has a limited variety but all of excellent quality. The dinner with typical local products is excellent. The very kind and available owner also paid us a bottle of liquor to them... despite the fact that we only stayed 2 nights.

Small hotel at the entrance of the Val di Funes

I'm staying on a state road with nothing around. Poor reception: no ability to empathize with an 18-month-old child who had a physiological need to explore the new home after a five-hour drive. We were not too subtly asked to find another solution because the child in question, who once stopped, cried, would make all the guests run away and it was a problem, it wasn't normal and other phrases of this kind, including, she makes me feel sorry. Personally I can't find the words right now to describe how pleasant it was to be treated in this area.

Poor reception

I thank the whole family who runs this restaurant. It's a two-star hotel, but it's better than them in quality and price.

Holidays

We stayed for 3 days in this small but very cozy hotel.We found out by chance and have been coming back for 5 years now.Mrs.Paola is very kind and welcomes us every time with great affection.The service is good and the kitchen is also good.The dishes are plentiful and well-groomed. Breakfast with sliced cheese marmalade yogurt cereal juice or spremute pandoro and honey cake,,,in short,,,,I would say the food is not lacking!Thanks to Mrs.Paola and family Lucia Roman and Cristian da Bergamo

Mini vacation in the valley of Funes January 2020

We stayed here for 3 nights until the end of the year and although aware of the family's hotel management we certainly didn't expect a 4-star service but neither did the 1-star service. But we start in the morning, breakfast is a bit grim, and strangely it starts at 8am...forcing people who want to go hiking or skiing out to it! if unluckily then some family started breakfast before you, the buffet with salumi and cheeses we had nothing left and we had to settle for what was left.

It's beautiful, it's only mountains and rivers

We went to Vale di Funes and stopped here on our way back to try the apple strudel. Absolutely delicious and home made. The lady was really nice as well and the place is really cozy. We recommend it!!

Best Apfel Strudel di mele ever!

Deciding where to go for dinner, we decided to try this small guesthouse with kitchen, which passes as unnoticed along the road to St. Peter's. Authentic atmosphere, tainted by concessions to easy tourism. We are greeted by an elderly lady with rushed and seemingly cold ways, actually a faithful example of punctual hospitality and, how to say, embarrassed! In the dining room, flooded with sunset, only a few adventurers, locals. Accompanied by a red wine that slides away in wonder, we enjoy a plate of ravioli pasta filled with wild pastries simply moving, enhanced by the unbreakable flavor of white and soft pasta.

It's a memorable show!

We stayed very well, five days at the Hotel Gasthof Mittermühl in Tiso in Funes valley. Quiet place, impeccable cleanliness, excellent cuisine and family atmosphere.For those looking for a quiet, strategic place to visit the Funes valley, we highly recommend it.The owners are very friendly and attentive to the needs of the client.We will return safely.
