I have booked a room in the bathroom at the fountain house, I give 5 stars especially for the kindness, cordiality and cleanliness of Lucia, Annamaria and Ilaria, ladies who took care of the cleaning of our room, a wedding room with bathroom.

A business transaction with zero problems and expectations

So... very nice and very kind people, to say the least, they're also very understanding. As for the apartment, it was pretty nice enough, but the place was a little far from the historic center, too close to the port where they started working at 6 in the morning and there was always a smell of gasoline, thankfully there was the climate at least we had the windows closed.

Two stars!

We booked for a week in June, but we were seen in port, every morning at seven we were woken up by the noise at the port and all day we had to stay with the windows closed because of the smell of naphtha from the boats.

Very nice staff and available for every need, very clean apartment nothing to say. Charming sea view, but too high rent price for the way it's structured. In the bathroom the shower siphon if you lifted it to wash your hair would come down and not hold up, so you had to bend your knees to put your head down or you had to hold it in your hand. Another drawback is the shipyard that is right under the apartment. We were woken up at 7:00 in the morning by the noise of the electrical appliances that the workers were using.

Voting 4 for staff and cleaning not 5 for certain flats on the apartment.

Apartment on the ground floor, greeted by very kind staff, very clean with clean clothes and clean towels. But it was not as expected and shown in the photos, room very small for 3 people, only table occupied with breakfast products, no place to put the suitcases, air conditioning NOT FUNKTIONING, so noted past with the windows and curtains open to breathe, and so noteworthy light and noise since the room faces a shipyard with gates opening and dogs barking continuously. Bathroom and shower large, but docket maintained with electric tapes.

Very different from expectations.

It is located in a very isolated area 15 minutes' walk from the historic center but is accessible in 4 minutes by car with parking in the port area and with a few steps you are in the most in the city area. The apartment is a very comfortable, clean enough apartment that gives you the independence of a holiday home. The formula b&b is included but breakfast must be prepared independently, the necessary is provided from the structure.

Pessimism

We stayed only one night in the room with a side view of the harbour. The building is very large but there are very few car seats in front of the structure, however we didn't have any problems due to the season, there are several interior porches, but on the bells there is no name of the B&B, in any case a quick phone call was enough and the manager was already waiting for us behind the door. The room is perfect, large cabinet, comfortable mattress, modern and very clean bathroom, electric wrappers, TVs of the right size. You could improve the breakfast. The center can be reached on foot but we used the car leaving it in the comfortable parking lots.

Nice apartment in a convenient area to reach the center. comfortable house with everything necessary very nice terrace.The building is a bit old and by the idea of a large barracks and lack of parking
