I stayed in August 2019 with my friends in an apartment on the second floor. Actually being a team of 8 people they assigned us 2 apartments nearby and communicating from the inside...so it seemed like we were staying in a single apartment. Modern and recently renovated residence, floors reachable with elevator. We enjoyed air conditioning even though the parasol tent on the balconies kept the apartments cool in the hottest hours. We were surprised to find the night watch, attentive and rigid...that ensured in the night hours. Optimal position! 600 meters to the sea, 300 meters to the famous sweet disco (orinson) with hot dogs and serrated with hot dogs, exc excentives to say that we really enjoyed the hotel from which we had a sweet packet with breakfast and breakfast, we really missed the first 100 euros with breakfast and breakfast, and we really had a nice breakfast with breakfast and breakfast, with a first 100 meters!

Vacation in Green Bay

I stayed with my family in an apartment on the ground floor, very comfortable having a 6-month-old baby. Clean and cool apartment, essential x 4 people, spacious bedroom, kitchen equipped and with a small supplement we also enjoyed the washing machine. The sea reachable 5 minutes on foot, golden sand, clear and crystal clear water... basement ideal x children! A wonder! 100 meters away is a cozy restaurant, pizzeria and bar also equipped with tobacco and phone refreshments.

Comfortable apartment

We were forced to keep the cabinets open otherwise all the clothes would have taken that smell. It's not even as close to the sea as they say... The first day the apartment was delivered to us at 5:30 p.m. while they wanted us to leave it the last day before 10 p.m. and we were already a day away... Under the apparent gentleness of the staff, we were looking for a continuous trick to earn us. Just think about the percentage of the guest tax that falls on the guest (which among other things makes you pay to move in, never heard of it!) After having asked for more than a bag of water to get in, they finally admitted to checking out the bags of a pocket of water, so we could get out of the hotel at 21:30 p.m.

Don't go with us!

We stayed for a week in mid-July. The apartment was quite clean, with a lot of spacious veranda (floor floor). The only problem is that the apartment is devoid of anything: you have to clean the cooking corner but there are no soaps, sponges or strawberries. For the bathroom laundry you have to pay a daily supplement (neither the toilet paper has been given to us) and there are no soaps or baths.

Dirty and expensive apartment, they charge for any extra service, you can't pay and you can't even have towels or air conditioning for 10 euros a day! It's a shame that they're Puglians and not Genoese... They don't have Wi-Fi, they don't care about the place in general, when it rains and the sewer drains, you run the risk of getting stuck with the car and getting serious damage, besides being stuck at home.

Don't go to them.

Green Bay: dirt and urban degradation everywhere! Bottles of paper cans excrement on the street and on the bicycle. In apartment 4 of Residenza Marina I had a bed sofa with a torn mattress, broken wooden docks, a bedroom without curtains to the window exposed to everyone's passage; short boiler tube under the balcony with gas discharge in the small garden, then stinks of constant gas. Window handle not working. Nearby boys/young people screaming and volgarizing. The sea is crystal clear.

Degradation and dirt in Green Bay

On the last day, just before departure, the 100 euro deposit deposit was withheld for reasons that I still do not know. The cleaning lady (wife of the apartment owner) said that the apartment was completely dirty (although we had cleaned especially the kitchen just before leaving) forgetting that her job was just to clean! She went around the apartment with the clear intention of finding a pretext to keep this money.

Avoid apartment number three

I stayed with my friends for 6 days at this residence. We checked in at the Riesberg Hotel and to be a three star hotel it is very nice and well maintained! Other friends of ours stayed here and found themselves well off. The staff were very kind and available and made us keep the apartment until 5 pm as we had a late flight. The apartment had everything needed for a simple vacation at the sea and is ideal for a vacation with friends! I would definitely recommend it!
