We were staying in Studio 1 (it was a little too dark), but we were able to move to Studio 8, which is just fantastic, very bright and comfortable. We are very happy to come back!

Cozy accommodation with a great view of the lake

The view from the apartment over Garda-lake is spectacular! You can even enjoy the view over Garda-lake while eating/drinking on your own private terrasse.

The studio apartment we got was very clean, modern and well put together. 

The hostess was super nice, spoke English, and could pinpoint places (restaurants/cities) to visit nearby. 

The facilities are great. There is a pool close to the apartments and it’s available all hours of the day. 
There is even a washingmachine, so you can wash your clothes if needed. 
You can also use the mountainbikes available at the Villa for a ride around the city (we didn’t because it was 35°C outside). 

Only minus: 
•There isn’t enough counter space in the kitchen for you to cook on. (A solution would be to add a foldable counter space - in the studio apartment)
•Wifi wasn’t available when we were staying at the Villa, and it made us use all of our phone data.. 
•The roads up to the Villa can be tricky to navigate and the GPS will not guide you correctly. But if you follow the provided map, you will easily find your way. 

What a view! 

We booked last minute directly with the property, and were amazed by the beauty of this location located not far from Gardone Riviera, immersed in green and with unparalleled views! If you are looking for Tranquility and relaxation, it is absolutely recommended!!

What a lovely vacation with a breathtaking panorama!

The perfect holiday to enjoy watching Lake Garda every morning from your bed. It is an incredibly beautiful complex with a fantastic view of the lake (from each of the 10 apartments) and a great pool, which you often have for yourself even in high season. Yes, you need a car to get somewhere and yes, the road is quite narrow, but everyone with a driver's license should make the plunge.;-) The apartments are designed for the purpose - washing machine, microwave, air conditioning, terrace or balcony with furniture, rental bikes, pool..... From here you can make great flights. We also spent 14 days in Pisa, Florida, Verona, Verona & Milan, where we spent one night in Venice and from here we have spent a night in Florence and Venice.

Very neat, spacious and quiet apartment. Beautiful view. Nice swimming pool. Ideal for trips around the corner. Families are welcome. Barbecue and ping-pong table outside. I recommend.

Nice site.

We've been going to Villa Fasano every year for 15 years. Outside of the holiday season, you can have the beautiful pool virtually by yourself - what a great view! But even when all the apartments are occupied, there's always a time when everyone else flies out to explore the area. The apartments are all clean and purpose-built (even with dishwasher). In the evenings you can walk to Trattoria Riolett or simply enjoy your own terrace Vino & Co. To shop you need the car, there are enough supermarkets nearby. There is a washing machine and free bicycles to explore the area. From the area accessible to everyone, the view is simply beautiful!

Fantastic view over the Gardasse Including Pool

Excellent villa with a beautiful view of Lake Garda

It was nothing grand, nothing very luxurious, nothing rare, but it was fine. We were greeted with wonder and always attentive. The beautiful rooms, clean, with everything necessary, in a beautiful place.

It's been good.

The location of la villa Fasano is in the middle of a mountain around the western shore of the Garda lake in Gardona Rivera . The villa itself was well equipped, even though when we enter the villa it was an empty house,especially in the kitchen area: no salt, no sugar and not even oil, it is recommended to stop in the supermarket before entering the villa for the first time. The rooms were air conditioned (a must at the summer) also there was a swimming pool. We stayed there for a week and each morning i enjoyed drinking the morning coffee sitting on the balcony and have the view of the lake. 
However, two things disturbed us: 
1. Their poisonous mosquitoes that no spray or cream could protect us from their bites and 
 2. Their the very narrow  and steep roads to enter the villa, so that when you drive to your villa there is a special pray for the driver, “please god do not let any car come in front of me”, since if the pray did not work and you could see other car coming toward you, than on of them need to turn back and driving a reverse in those road is not recommended at all.
Now, since we drove to our villa at least twice a day, this task was only mine. My wife refused to drive there (and trust me, she is a better driver than me).
The roads down the mountain to the villa are narrow and usually have sharp turns, avoid coming there with large cars. We had a rented Peugeot 5008 and some turns were very hard to drive there. 
Of course, the price of such a villa is cheap considerably to other villa in the area (a difference of about 40 Eur or even more, per day) 
For overall, Go there but take a smaller car and drive carefully there.

Great view, scary roads

Villa Fasano is located in the middle of a mountain that surrounds the western shore of Lake Garda in Gardona Rivera. The rooms have air conditioning (absolutely necessary for summer) and there was also a swimming pool. The villa itself was well equipped, although when we entered it was empty, especially in the kitchen area: there was no salt, there was no sugar and there was no oil, so before entering the villa for the first time we advise you to stop at the supermarket.
