B&B set in a fantastic setting. Spacious and cozy rooms, with private and well-maintained toilets. Comfortable and warm surroundings, with a cozy common room, great for relaxing. Homely and varied breakfast. All around wonderful places and fairytale scenery, overlooking the lake. In the vicinity, also reachable on foot, excellent restaurants.

Enchanting Place in a Showy Frame

We Came to Lake Garda for my 40th Birthday for 3 days and after looking for places to stay we found Loggia Marti.  This has got to be one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in.  Alessandra was the perfect host and the best part for me was meeting all her dachshunds (all 6 of them) I have dachshunds myself (3) and it was so nice to hang out with them in the beautiful garden. They are so friendly and adorable. 
The room we stayed in had a view to die and the decor,  attention to detail, and personal touches were just perfect.  Waking up every morning to the sound of the birds was so good for the soul.  Breakfast was also delicious too.  The garden is large and glorious, a peaceful retreat. 
We loved loved loved Alessandra’s home and are already planning our next stay here.

My wife and I were lucky enough to spend the night in this fantastic b&b: a beautifully renovated, furnished and run by Alessandra LOCATELLI historic building.

Charming and attentive host B and B sympathetically restored but very comfortable. Comfy bed in deluxe room with veranda overlooking the lake. Perfect location for exploring Lake Garda. If you love dogs this is the place for you 6 lovely Dachshund.

Beautiful B and B in relaxing surroundings 

I stayed at Loggia Martì for a week and I was speechless: it's a recently renovated and furnished '600 building with a truly unparalleled taste: unique, rare and vintage pieces of design and rural life. The attention to detail in this place leaves breathless. I used two of the four available rooms and both were spacious, bright, clean, air-conditioned, and with a beautiful, modern and functional bathroom.

Charming and special

A really nice stay away from the hustle and bustle. The Lake Garda is indeed very fantastic, but also very touristy. It is different here at Alessandra. The little B&B is really a quiet gem and beautifully located in the mountains above Gargnano. There is no mass tourism here, but also the real lively village life. For all those who want to enjoy the beauty of Lake Garda but still do not want to be too touristically accommodated, a stay here is just right. The rooms at the B&B Marti are really very beautiful and decorated with a lot of attention to detail. We had the deluxe product with a great balcony overlooking the garden and also a very nice garden piece. Alessandra is a beautiful garden in the heart of everything, but you should not miss anything. The rooms at the B&B Marti are very beautiful and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We had the Deluxe with a very nice view of the gardens and gardens. Alessandra is a very nice place to stay and everything, but it is also a place to stay with a lot of animals.

It's dreamy

B&B very nice and cozy. The rooms are all special and the owner is very nice and available. Breakfast abundant and in family. I don't recommend it to those who are allergic to dogs (which are adorable).

Delicate, welcoming, and by no means invasive, Alessandra welcomes you into her home, a beautiful mix of modern rusticism and pleasantly different styles, a lively and warm home.

Warm and warm

We spent 3 nights there, without a TV in the room, and we were rewarded with a gigantic view of Lake Garda. The whole house is mega-tasty and old decorated. The owner himself lives in it too. For me personally, breakfast was very poor and every day was the same. There is a beautiful garden to share with 5 little dogs if you like....

Very tasty

Such an amazing gem hidden amongst the hills overlooking Garda Lake. We were completely enchanted my the artistic decor, beautiful books and albums and the most attentive host. Thank you Alessandra- we had unforgettable stay at your place. Sending hugs to you.
