My family and I spent the week of August here, we had a great time. The house was really comfortable and clean, we enjoyed the outdoor spaces that are the highlight, swimming pool, water massage, so much green and so much peace.

A week of relaxation

I, my husband, our one-year-old son Gabriel, as well as our super-old dog, had the pleasure of staying at this property in a lovely two-story apartment, finely furnished, well equipped and very clean. From the terrace to the upper floor you enjoy a beautiful view of the terrain surrounding the property and in the evening you can admire the sunset on the surrounding olive trees. There is a fantastic pool and above all very clean surrounded by olive trees, so besides taking the sun you can also relax in the shade. A GRAZIE OF HEART goes to Martina and the Lords Viola and Stefano who run the property. Thanks to them we felt not in a holiday home in peace. We have been given a lot of beaches and beaches on board, and they still have their own features, so besides taking the sun we can also relax in the shade.

An oasis of peace in the heart of the Maremma

These are private houses run by a family and not by a hotel, so some questions here may not be relevant. Located in a quiet and charming place at the slopes of the hill on which is the town of medieval origin Gavorrano and an analogous town called Scarlino both visible during the day but much more at night with the rock of Scarlino in fine evidence, among other rows of olive trees and vineyards. Repaired by traffic a few kilometers from the sea that can be reached in the direction of Follonica (about 7), the renowned Punta Ala e Buon Castiglione della Pescaia, is one of six holiday houses built in the area of the Mar Marbella. The property is available in a very exquisite, gentle and for a very special note for the daughter of the Marbella, a beautiful girl who is a friend and friend of the family who has always received in the management of the interior of the island, and the beautiful surrounding area of the sea, which I have visited, and I certainly do not have a lot of visitors.

Relaxing Holiday Home in a Quiet Place

It's a charming, green, secluded and quiet location, but within walking distance (15 minutes by car) of the clean beaches and the clear sea of Cala Violina, Carbonifera and Torre Mozza, just to name a few. The managers are wonderful people, available and very kind. We stayed for a few days in the two-bedroom apartment, from which you enjoy a beautiful view.

Reservation and check-in managed directly by the owners with punctuality and courtesy. impeccable cleaning, both in the apartment and in the outdoor spaces. Private parking in the fenced property. Entrance to the apartment. Independent mattresses and excellent pillows. A small technical problem in the apartment was handled immediately with great availability and kindness. Very quiet arrangement. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Cleanliness, silence, courtesy

My family and I stayed in this property for 3 days in June. The house is beautiful, with a charming garden, very appreciated by our puppy. Excellent cleanliness, endless courtesy, quiet and relaxing place. The beach Cala Violina is 10 minutes away by car. It is worth a visit to Massa Marittima. I recommend you😉

Relax and courtesy

Stayed only for one night, but the place is really very nice and the reception very warm. The accommodation, a single room for us, very nice, spacious, clean, well furnished, very large and very clean bathroom. A defect?? for my tastes the mattress is a little too rigid, but all the beauty of the rest made this particular really irrelevant. A special thanks to Martina and her parents who came against us by letting us use the refrigerator even on the day we no longer had accommodation, with extreme availability and courtesy.

Sono stato qui diverse volte già bello e tranquillo. Con parcheggio privato camere silenziose e con cucina tutto era molto pulito. Posso solo raccomandarlo I have been here a few times now beautiful and quiet. With my own parking space. I can only recommend that Quiet rooms and with kitchen everything very very clean.

I wouldn't have found any flaws in this accommodation. Very clean background, in the middle of the marshes between olive groves, convenient to all amenities. We took a single room with outdoor patio, large bathroom, a very nice cooking corner hidden inside a wooden closet. Unlike many apartments here there are sheets but also bath towels. impeccable cleanliness, very friendly owners. A very pleasant place to rest and where to rest. Recommended.
