In the spectacle of the mountains, near the Frasassi caves is this simple, but welcoming hotel with clean rooms and simple staff and at hand.

Being at home

I found this place in the parking lot of the Frasassi caves. Aesthetically pleasant place to look out for when we went to lunch it was very late about 15.

Lunch

Passing through those parts (beautiful area!!!) and wanting to visit Frasassi's caves, we stopped for lunch in this hotel restaurant 300 meters from the ticket office. Psychedelic experience, with all those intoxicating colors of furniture and curtains (including the beautiful blue, phosphorescent eyes of the kindest black maid) and with a guy who didn't realize what role he had in the staff, who as if we were old friends kindly chatted with us giving us a towel.

Photonic experience to repeat!!!

After visiting the caves of frazassos we had lunch here. The structure is dated but the courtesy of the staff and the rustic but genuine management have prepared us well. Domestic dishes, robust and tasty. Tourist and typical menu. Prices more than honest. One particularity that you don't expect: the oven ice cream... to try is a really good Catalan cream, on this one sin... it's not a robusta portion like the first 😀

Lunch after the caves

The hotel was located just outside Genga railway station, in an ideal position to reach the Frasassi caves on foot too. My room was discreetly small and quite dated for both the furniture and the bathroom: the structure would certainly require a decisive restoration... good breakfast and very cordial owners. However, the price of the overnight stay turned out to be decidedly low and I left satisfied.

Affordable accommodation suitable for bites and escapes

I've been in the past with the B&B formula that I've written about, I've been back with the consorts at the holiday lunch. Pasta lover, I've swallowed two rations of really great pork chops while my wife is more attentive to the line, just a pizza. Her opinion on pizza was very good and I trust her.

Returned x lunch

Unpretentious, quiet place located in front of the small Genga railway station and within walking distance of the Frasassi Caves ticket office. Clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom dated but functional. Complimentary wifi. Friendly staff. Overall a good value for the price (35 euros including breakfast).

Inexpensive place to spend the night when visiting the Frasassi Caves

Out of the splendid Frasassi Caves 200 meters away is the Restaurant Hotel, we ate well homemade cuts of pork sauce and mushrooms then secondary roast meats etc. maybe a little too cooked but of excellent quality modest prices, welcome bruschetta and bitter offerings friendly and caring staff a nice place in the middle of the mountains and by a stream I highly recommend while discouraging the kiosks on the ticket office square
