We stayed one night in this B&B in the center of Genoa, the very central XX September Street, full of shops and very close to the port. We chose this accommodation for the location near the port and the Aquarium, but also because we were impressed by the pictures of the surroundings, very refined and well maintained. In fact, the common areas are very beautiful, all inside an old-fashioned building, like so many in the area. We were in a standard room, cozy, with TV, minibar with water, the possibility of doing bathtubs, bathroom with hydromassage with jets to various angles and music, really a nice surprise.

A pleasant discovery in Genoa

We've spent two nights in this place, you wouldn't know it from the outside, but once you're inside, the magic begins, the place is super refined and tasteful, clean, neat, easy to reach and comfortable to shoot for the main attractions.

What a discovery!

Super location! Close to the train station, shops and harbour. Very warm home. Small bemool if you have reduced mobility, there are stairs... Cleanliness of the place. Exceptional lunch, warm and bright setting, cappuccino, fresh fruit, foccacia, piadine, Viennese cheese, Parma ham, salami, yoghurt... a delight!!! Choose a nearby room that doesn't give direct access to the eastern market... because there is noise starting at 05h50 due to deliveries.

Like at home.

Very beautiful place, cozy and comfortable. Very good location, big car park nearby and a lot of shops and restaurants. We had a nice small room on the top floor with a view on the city. There is a big and nicely furnished living room to use. Perfectly clean, WiFi and toiletries provided as well as a map and tips what to do and see. The owners sent me a welcome email with directions and information about the car park we needed. Good breakfast for additional 10 Euro. I would stay there again with pleasure!

One night in Genova

Excellent location, close to the harbour and the centre, spacious and clean rooms, even the cleanest bathroom, free bar water in the fridge, boiler and wi-fi all included.

In a very central street of Genoa la Superba, you can enjoy this beautiful structure from the refined and familiar environment. You should not be fooled by the entrance slightly neglected in relation to the context. When you get to the floor, you open the doors of a bright, clean room and the kind and caring welcome of Catalina. You can enjoy large common spaces and with the comfort of high tech; space and comfort replicated in the rooms. Breakfast: breakfast, salt, fruit....it's all good. And here too, maximum attention and availability in asking if we had food intolerance.

Central location and great breakfast buffet!

Bed and Breakfast in a very central location to visit this beautiful city, a very nice and cozy Liberty Palace, excellent breakfast and friendly and available staff.

Residence in Genoa

Ideal location in the centre. A secure paid parking lot (17€ per day) is 5 minutes' walk away. Very good explanations by e-mail before the stay. Very friendly reception, and high quality services. The staff is really caring and very attentive. You may prefer a room that doesn't look out onto the street, but I highly recommend this very nice address. A good starting point to discover this beautiful city of Genoa.

Almost perfect.

A lovely Place to stay in Genoa, especially if you have kids. We were given a room at the top floor with low ceiling. A huge room with a separation. Gives us a bit more privacy. Was spacious, lovely decoration, the beds were comfortable. Sleep quality was excellent. 

The only disappointment for me was the bathroom. We're not use to having baths (apart from the kids) so not having a shower curtain or protective glass around bath tub was a bit annoying. If you have a shower the whole bathroom will be wet. Not a bit deal if you don't mind that. 

There is a commun living area with TV and sofas. After a long day it's a nice area to come and have a sit 

There are no lift so if you have a pram it could be difficult. We chose to leave it at the entrance after seeing someone doing the same. 
The location is awesome. Right on the Main Street. Within walking distance to the shops, main sites and the port.  



Great location

Ideal accommodation for visitors to Genoa, on a main street and in an excellent location. Good rooms and very clean. We had a problem with arrival and did everything possible to help us and make our stay as pleasant as possible. 100% recommended.
