I stayed in the guesthouse during a short period in March because I had a business meeting.
But I can say just beautiful things about the great host!
I had a kingsize bed room, it was a peaceful place to be.
Surrounded by shops and the cool city centre.
The only thing that I didn't liked so much was that my room didn't had a panorama view. (But uually you don't need it for a business stay)
Last thing: It was worth the booking because the price was well calculated and the place were the guesthouse is installed is incredible

Nice stay in the city centre

The accommodation was on the second floor but there was an elevator that was, just about, big enough to take our two cycles (one at a time!).
Our apartment was spacious and even had a big terrace with table chairs and sofa. High ceilings. Comfortable bed. 
The building is very well placed for the historic centre. 
Good price. Clean. 
I'd stay there again.

I loved this place. We stayed there in the summer of 2015. The host was wonderful and the location was perfect to explore a bit of Genoa. The building is very old (in the best way possible) and artistic. The rooms were nice, clean and simple.

Wonderful Place with a Great Host

It was a really nice and great night in this guesthouse.
Really small but pretty cool

When somebody don't like loud traffic maybe then its not so good. Because it was a  bit loud in our room.. 

WIFI is really fast! 

Bathroom is clean and Towels are also pretty good

Great place to be 

Perfect location. Easy 10-15 minute walk from Genoa Brignole train station and all the main sights. The airport shuttle bus stops right outside the property. Accommodation is clean, comfortable and quiet despite being on the main road. Both front desk staff that we met on our stay were very kind and helpful. If we visit Genoa again, we'll most definitely stay here again.

My tips for Genoa:
- Have a pre-dinner drink at Bar Berto in Piazza Delle Erbe. Cocktails for 6 euros and extensive beer range including their own. There are several bars and restaurants in the piazza. 
- Have lunch at Locanda degli Adorno. Tucked away down a narrow street a couple of streets back from the marina. Italian/seafood. Very hidden away but was packed. Open for lunch 12:30-2:30pm
- Eat dinner at Home Restaurant da Nonna Leo. This is rated number 1 on trip advisor and for good reason!! Definitely one of the coolest eating experiences we've ever had on our travels. You're literally in Nonna's lounge room of her family home. Dinner is at her dining room table with her and you are served by her family members. It's a set menu, they just keep bringing out plate after plate and bottle of wine after bottle of wine. 25 euros a head for more then you could possibly eat and drink. It doesn't get a more authentic Italian dining experience then this. Be sure to book as there is only space for about 12 diners per evening. The house is about 3kms out of town so you'll need to get a taxi (12-15 euros).
- Wander down the narrow streets it the old town/medieval town. You'll find some fabulous bars, restaurants and grocery stores there.
- Make you're way to the viewing point that overlooks the whole city. You can walk there or there is a charming old elevator that takes you up (1.40 euros per person one way). We got the lift up and walked down.
