It's not a hotel as expected but a b&b where there were no services. When I arrived the room had the broken fridge and the TV that reseted on decoder mode. Late at night we were brought a replacement refrigerator. The missing WiFi - one of the 2 mattresses in the double bed was broken - the shower in the bathroom was open with the doors rotten and the bathroom flooded with each shower. The room wasn't cleaned one day out of 3 and the bathroom products weren't restored. The booked room was seen but actually faced on the railway. The umbrella on the beach was all wrinkled and torn apart. The public parking lot wasn't enough for the bar barmen in the hotel, but it's just for 3 guests to park in the street. So if there's a normal parking space and a normal room, we have a 100 yards away from the hotel and a regular coffee shop, and we've got a 100 yards away from the hotel.

It's not a hotel, it's a b&b.

I stayed one night in this hotel in formula b & b. spacious room, clean with all comforts. great breakfast, I recommend it if you're passing or you want to enjoy a day at the sea.

A pleasant stay

We liked the hotel Pino very much. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the sea. Beautiful and spacious room, with a nice terrace. Comfortable and spacious bathroom. Super breakfast! It is managed by the very nice Filomena!!!

Hotel, Pino is located 150 meters from the sea,from our room of viewed the sea sideways to a building located in front of the same.Mrs. Filomena welcomed us very well The location of the structure is central.The cleaning takes place every day carefully Change of laundry every day (smell of sterilization like the room).The bath foam and soaps are of excellent quality Even the toilet paper is of quality.The breakfast is served at the table and every request is met.The Covid regulations prevented us from making the full pension being a structure with 8 rooms..Surely we will return.

A good bar, where to make a good breakfast, especially for its Nutella bombs, of which there are plenty, cornetts, donuts of all tastes and freshness. 😋 A humble advice I would like to give, given the proximity to the beach not more than 15 meters away, I would create a breakfast area or aperitif overlooking the sea. 😎

My boyfriend and I stayed overnight at the pine hotel and we will definitely return. At a really ridiculous price for the month of August (less than 25 per person) we had a very large and clean room available, equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator comfort and balcony covered with a tablecloth and chairs. Breakfast prepared in the room is abundant and good.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, the room was large and very comfortable, the structure is very new. We met Pino who is a super kind and unpredictable person. In short, it was a perfect weekend, the hotel is 2 minutes from the beach, and breakfast served at the bar is very good. At the bar we also had lunch with delicious, huge sandwiches full of condiments.

I was asked by my friends to taste a good ice cream at this ice cream shop...poor choice...purchased two ice cream cones with three flavors each...with different names but no real taste difference besides...impressive the mango that knew about medicine...we hope it's not always like that...first time to forget

When I arrived the hotel was closed and deserted, from the description found on the internet at the time of booking it had to be facing the sea and the room with sea view, after a few minutes someone comes to open, hands me the keys to the room on the second floor, the elevator is not working (I found out after at least two weeks because the card is broken)..... the young lad who welcomes us does not offer to help us carry the suitcases to the room..... the room is beautiful and well furnished but you can see only a view between two buildings, dinner.

I'm not disappointed.

I was with my son for 2 days, which we finally extended to 3 days! Quiet stay for 3 days where we decided not to move. Very simple hotel, without chichi, perfectly located next to the beach and shops, with the possibility of doing everything on foot (except cultural tours). The hotel is located in a street behind the lungomare, which is very good because there is no sound of cars and animation. All the rooms are refurbished and extremely clean. Very comfortable living room. We had a corner room with a large terrace, overlooking both the sea and the country. We also owned very nice family terraces and hamburgers, they also tried everything and they arrived from the avenue to satisfy the family with nice lunch and breakfast services. They came to the airport, and we tried to make a very good pizza and a very good taxi, and we also bought a very good restaurant.
