This is a small family hotel of some 30 rooms, most with balcony, located a few hundred metres from the town centre and walking distance from the paying beach nearby. The hotel offers reliable wifi, a small refrigerator, and air conditioning. The rooms are somewhat dated and fairly basic, and there are some minor maintenance issues – the basin was partly blocked, the toilet flush tended to get stuck, the shower sprayed water all over the bathroom, etc. These could be checked and fixed by careful daily inspection of all the room’s facilities. Breakfast was great, with good choice and good quality. A great plus was that the hotel offered bicycle rental (first hour free!) and electric scooters at 2 Euro per hour. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Katarina, the receptionist. Overall, a pleasant stay, recommended.

Too loud music you couldn't even talk on the terrace during breakfast and dinner, in the bedroom in the afternoon you couldn't rest for the high volume, cleanliness ok, good position, kind and available staff, medium-sized rooms,

Reviews of the Commission

The air conditioner placed above the bed was impossible to keep it on at night. The still iron grid (model 50 years ago) with a compensating table above to compensate for the holes. The mattresses of the old model (the ones with springs) difficult or almost impossible to sleep. Fortunately I stayed only 3 days. Never again!!!!!!!!!

It's a little family run, good value for money, the owners are very nice, the location is very quiet, just a few minutes walk from downtown, and very close to the weekly market

Quiet position

The hotel is a bit dated, the rooms are 70's style, but the bathrooms are new. In the triple where I stayed with my family there is a nice big balcony with chairs and a table. The owners are very friendly and available. Breakfast is essential. Dinner is a menu of choice every day, eaten very well and complimented the cook. The two exquisite maidens are very cute. And importantly, excellent cleaning.

Family holidays

We stayed two nights in two communicating double rooms. Ordinary and clean rooms. Rich and varied breakfast. The bathrooms would definitely need to be renovated. Despite this negative point I gave the highest score for the courtesy of the owners as well as for their honesty: unlike many other hotels, they accepted the bonus holidays for payment without putting up annoying conditions such as a minimum number of nights, or the full pension or depending on the...... Thank you for the pleasant weekend and keep going.

The weekend along Grado

I was at the hotel restaurant on reservation. Two snacks, one first and one second, all of fish that was strictly fresh and of good quality. Very good wine. Very nice service and even though the waitress was wearing a mask, you could still see her smile, decidedly kind, polite and always ready to serve. Very good prices for what we ate. Nice and very kind owner too. I'll be back very gladly.

Three stars dedicated to guests who frequent the Terme, a little old-fashioned in the furnishing but clean and well organized. With us the owners were very kind. Three-bed room upgrade, spacious and quiet, equipped with air conditioning, safety deposit box, wallpaper and toiletries in the not very spacious bathroom equipped with functional shower box. But new and excellent quality towels. Also very politely left the room until the afternoon of the day.

Professional and kind

The hotel is in a quiet location, has a home-owned, affordable parking space, friendly staff with good knowledge of German, the lobby is quite appealing, the rooms are more crowded, doors do not open well and could also be cleaned more thoroughly. The breakfast could be more extensive, but considering the price-performance ratio, it is quite suitable.
