Lovely small family run hotel. Family are super friendly and helpful. 
Spotless rooms. Good size with air conditioning and fridge. 
Parking on site. Approx 15 minute pleasant walk to the centre. 
Several restaurants nearby and a supermarket also. 
Beach 5 min walk.

A little gem

Booked at the suggestion of some friends to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, we were treated very well... like a king my dad's words! Two steps from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the center of Grado. The room is very bright and clean with a terrace. There is a large parking space reserved for hotel guests and the possibility of using useful bicycles to walk around the center.

Excellent, highly recommended.

As already described, the hotel is located a little outside the bustling centre, but everything is within easy walking distance. The hotel with its 16 rooms is simple but nice and furnished without breaking style. Everything is tip top clean. Due to Corona, breakfast was served by a very nice, friendly young lady (but everyone here was happy and helpful) and here I have by far eaten the best roast on our 3-week tour.

A small, well-managed hotel

The Hotel Ai fiori is located near a beach entrance, has 16 rooms and is family-run. It is all very clean, the facilities are simple yet stylish. Breakfast is served due to Corona. Depending on the wish there are mixed sausage/cookie plates, chicken... bicycles are offered, but we found it nice to explore the area on our own bicycles. Inside the center of Grado it is just 2 km. Restaurants and a small supermarket are within walking distance.

Typical Italian

The hotel is located just outside the bustling centre of Grado. Everything is well reached on foot: the beach is about 5 minutes; the city is about 15 minutes. The hotel has a free parking space. Breakfast is good and sufficient. Price/performance is also good. Rooms are clean and large enough.

After an initial unexpected turn of events, we were treated in an excellent manner and provided with the services we needed, a special thanks to Martina, who excelled in professionalism and kindness.

A modernly renovated and very cozy hotel, two steps from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the center of Grado. Very bright and clean room with terrace, air conditioning and bar. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! There is a large parking space reserved for the hotel guests and the possibility of using useful bicycles to tour the center.

Eighth weekend

Booked directly to the landlord on the phone and it all worked out 👍,let's get to the room right away and he asks us for breakfast for the next day and you go to the beach everything worked perfectly beach two minutes walk, umbrella and you go to the sea, lunch at the kiosk mega portions and nothing covered, breakfast unfortunately doesn't work as it should but I'm sorry for the covid speech first customers almost and then still not routine, the next day comes a girl and it's already worked better, kind and polite and caring the bed I slept well the bathroom a little bit and mosquitoes unfortunately

Last minute weekend

Although it's a really nice two-star hotel, modern rooms, a little small bathroom, but acceptable, a good breakfast and a very well equipped beach, a quiet area 15 minutes'walk from downtown, I 'd say a very recommended hotel.

My sister and I spent a weekend here and were thrilled!The hotel is very clean and well maintained and the rooms are very tastefully furnished!The breakfast buffet was more than enough and the staff was very friendly!We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back for the next Grado visit!
