For several years now, I have been working in this facility for work reasons. I have never been disappointed: although it is not far from the motorway, so very convenient to reach, the farmhouse is still immersed in nature. The management is always attentive and the courtesy is from home. The rooms are furnished with great taste and the breakfast is really fantastic, not only for the variety of products offered, but above all for their indisputable quality. The price is in the average, but considering the quality of the service offered I would say that it is extremely cheap. I can only recommend it. Alessio from Rome

Two steps from the provincial and the motorway box, so very convenient, and at the same time immersed in the green and quiet! cozy and clean rooms and breakfast with homemade cakes and desserts.

That's a great discovery.

This accommodation chosen for my Mortara/Gropello Cairoli stage made me walk some 3 km further to the so-called Santo Spirito. The next step to Pavia was therefore shorter! Cristina's hospitality and joyfulness made me appreciate that night at the Cascina San Carlo in the middle of the meadows and orchards. The buffet breakfast presented in a large open glass room on nature was of such diversity and quality that I lingered a little before returning to Villanova.

the farmhouse is beautiful, clean and orderly. breakfast is definitely satisfactory in terms of quantity and quality. there is also the possibility to buy local products. the real difference is in the exquisite welcome received that will turn you from customer to friend. kindness of other times! excellent quality price ratio

The top in the area

We stopped at this place on our way to Bracciano Lake for one night.  The place is owned by a very nice lady who is passionate about food and health.   We were the only guests there, but she prepared a varied and extensve breakfast, abundant and very good.  She said that although we were the only guests, we were to be treated like the rest and I assure you the many good food prepared was appreciated.  The room has a mini bar, a comfortable sofa and TV, a modern impeccable bathroom and the decor of the room was tastefully done.   The place is like heaven on earth.  We plan to come back again and spend some more days...

Good Location and Superb in everything

The rooms are spacious and fresh, with windows on the inner courtyard and on the flowery garden. Breakfast OTTIMA is served on the porch and will be a pleasant surprise: homemade cakes, fruit juices, lavender cookies, apple pancakes and freshly baked bread; a real spectacle!!!

It's really super!

A completely renovated house, surrounded by nature, but a few kilometers from both the center of Pavia and the castles of Lomellina and Ticino Park. The rooms are fresh, high ceilings with beams in view, wide windows on the inner courtyard and the flowered garden.

Relaxing, cozy and delicious breakfast

If you are passing by this area, do not hesitate to stop here. Very quiet even if it is only a few steps from the state, private parking, very clean rooms and a large, spacious and clean bathroom. I do not like sweet breakfasts but here I made an exception since everything is done at home by the kind and available lady. I arrived very late and the key was ready for me. I repeat... highly recommended!!!!

I highly recommend it!

Providing that I would not recommend it even to a couple of elderly people... very eager for the accommodation... the owners of the facility in front of my three children (it will have been only 30 minutes) began to make the most absurd excuses with the implicit invitation to leave the facility because it was not suitable for our needs... in the end despite my booking I had to look for something else to stay even though it was almost evening.

Practically a retirement home

For our last day in Italy we wanted something close to the Cathedrals and sites of Pavia, so that our drive to Milano Malpensa Airport was under an hour. Boy were we surprised.
Breakfast was Unbelievable!
Our hostess/Owner Maria was outstanding with her attention to detail. The accommodations looked as though they were renovated less than a year ago. 
Breakfast was Fantastic!
They have fruit trees on the property, which provide flowers for the hives that give them, (and us), fresh honey. 
So helpful to us from reservations , to checking to see what the hours for Certosa of Pavia were. Certosa of Pavia was great.
