Holidays from 24-6-23 to 8-7 23, very quiet place apartment with very comfortable terrace where you can eat or dine and where our dog enjoyed the quiet and safe sun, excellent local cleaning + more change towels sheets and weekly cleaning, both reception staff and gentle and very sunny cleaning. the apartment located in the center 50 meters from the sea, equipped beach and in a very nice setting with view of island Giglio, Montecristo, Isla d'Elba.

Have a wonderful vacation.

Excellent location within walking distance of the beach and the commercial activities. Large and clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. Just to improve some accessories with small maintenance interventions. Great courtesy and availability with very present desk service that really does everything to satisfy the guest. Super recommended.

A pleasant stay

The impact was good but it lasted little... basic apartment and to be rearranged, plate ovens stained by the weather and therefore to be interpreted, absence of dishwashers and minimal dishwashers, light that occasionally leaps... parking impossible to find in the vicinity so all week pay for... the positive data the location in the center and near the sea... as for the country instead a single supermarket at tripled prices... added to the benefits and disadvantages my opinion is quite positive because paying should not equate to adequate services aimed at a relaxing holiday.

We were very pleased with the Tuscan hospitality and we would like to thank Nunzio, Letizia and Maurizio in particular for their kindness and care towards us.

We stayed in a two-bedroom for 10 days. Well-structured, kitchen and spacious living room and a giant room. We had a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where we could have dinner every night in peace. When we arrived the floor of the apartment was not very clean and even the very old curtains were quite dirty... but there were the upholstery for good luck and we left the curtains always still. In 10 days they cleaned the apartment and changed the sheets and dryers twice. The stable from the main street but this at noise level didn't bother us. One more point because two steps from the sea. I would say an excellent solution for those with children.

Excellent location and available staff

Very good residence, very neat cleaning, kind and available staff. I don't give 5 stars as there may be improvement points including the Wi-Fi internet connection that works badly and the boiler of the undersized hot water, in 4 the fourth showered cold. Surely if we should return to Marina di Grosseto it will be our first choice.

Great place to live.

This residence has an excellent location, practically in front of the sea, where there are all the bathing establishments (4/5 agreed) but also pieces of free beach. In addition it is in the streets with more shops and lounges so great both for shopping and to make pleasant walks. There are shops of all kinds and also the moon park easily reachable on foot. Negative note of all this is the impossibility of finding parking, unfortunately the residence has few places, when we arrived we were all already occupied and we drove for more than an hour to find a place far away from the residence (unfortunately for the unloading and loading of luggage there are two places reserved!). Our backyard was well, had a small white kitchen covered and was quite large and full of armored goods.

Good compromise.

I stayed with my family, at the La Rosa di Nettuno residence, in the second week of September. We found ourselves very well, really seafront structure and very convenient to reach the beach both free (stripe not very wide) and for a fee. Very available and courteous staff, ready to solve any need. Large bi-local apartment, blind bathroom (only sin) and outdoor terrace, derived from a single terrace divided into separate areas, equipped with table and chairs. Well equipped with everything necessary, stoves, seats, stretchers and even (before I happen) a stretch shelf. Wi-Fi connection with single access to every floor. In September parking in the points facilitated. I would definitely use back stairs and car loading facilities.

Residence facing the sea.

We spent two weeks in an apartment with almost all the comforts we needed. We knew about the lack of the balcony, but afterwards we would not have chosen this type of apartment because with two small children the apartment is a little small. Two other small reasons for the lack of a washing machine inside each apartment, even though there is a room with a washing machine for common use. Finally there are 4 stairs to get to the structure and with the stroller we had to lift it every time. Obviously there is an electric pedal for the disabled...but it is just a little side slide to make it easy for everyone. The advantages of this structure are the gentleness of the laundry, the in-room cleaning, also the completeness of the location in the kitchen and courtesy experience.

Almost perfect vacation.

The access to the residence is remote, the car is unloaded and there are stairs, with the stroller it is difficult to walk back and forth from the sea (there is a disabled system but it is not activated every time for the strollers).
