A very pleasant exterior that offers all the colours of Tuscany, swimming in the pool and enjoying a breathtaking view just hearing the fringing of the chickpeas is priceless. The owner's maximum availability for nothing invading. Barbecue area and gazebo available to the guests is definitely appreciated. 15 minutes from Principina a Mare (cabin beach), about 40 minutes from the beach of the Rocchettes distances that do not weigh because they make appreciate the landscapes that meet. very good the oil of the farmhouse.

We spend 12 days here with the family. The place is really nice, on top of a hill. The farmhouse is made up of 4 well-furnished apartments that have everything or almost everything inside. In common there is a swimming pool. To take care of the guests and the estate there is Gianluca, a person who is really available and sometimes you see Elena the owner. They produce firewood and oil that I bought and I'll taste while the saffron was not available. The gaps that would be filled could be these: the outer rooms are beautiful but I think they could be taken care of more, the murals would have to be reviewed a little, starting from the unconnected streets, going to the area that sees the ratholes rather than the topics that come to the inside of the pool. Even if the bricks were thick, they might not be available.

Well maintained structure, spacious and comfortable apartments and beautiful views. strategic position,in 20 minutes I reach the sea and in 10 minutes the city centre very welcoming and caring staff I will surely be back!!

It's a great place to stay.

We found this delicious farmhouse by chance, a beautiful discovery.Welcome with professionalism and courtesy, lovely and well-groomed place immersed in green, very close to the sea, large and clean apartment. We will definitely return.

Three wonderful days.

Very nice apartment. Beautiful view and peace. What I was looking for. Excellent hospitality I felt at home. Organic production of flaxseed and exquisite oil. Surely to recommend. Strategic place to visit places like Giglio Island, Saturnia, Florence, Pitigliano, Siena and in general all of Maremma. I'll be back.

Holidays in Maremma

We stayed here for 3 or 4 days and we had a really good time. The apartment was well maintained and the view is crazy, the owner was very kind and friendly.

Just stayed here for a couple of days during a job trip. The host,Elena and Gianluca are very very kind and professional,and they host you like you are part of the family!the place is like a place of the fairytales,and the apartments are new and nice. What to say:if you are going there for holidays,do it!it is awesome.

Amazing place and nice host

We came across this agriturismo by chance while searching for accommodation in the Maremma. Appartments are favored by us, as they allow for a degree of independence and privacy. The apartments offered by Echi d'Etruria did fit the bill quite nicely. And also while there, this turned out to be true.

The kitchen, bathroom and rooms are spacious and fitted according to temporary standards. Utensils, accessories and clean laundry are provided in usual fashion. 

What makes this establishment stand out?
- beautiful views
- peace and quiet, there are only four apartments and the road by the establishment is quiet as well.
- beautiful garden, well maintained by Gianluca, great for kids.
- a very generous and knowledgable host, in the form of Elena, the proprietor.
- a relatively warm and well maintained pool.

Point to keep in mind when booking this establishment?
- a car is the ideal way to get around from here.
- understand that the Maremma is off the trodden path. Your own initiative will make or break your trip. There is a lot to be seen and enjoyed, but you need to look for it.
- it helps if you have an understanding of Italian language. While English may be used for certain matters, it may sometimes cause confusion.

We warmly recommend Echi d'Etruria to those wishing to discover the Maremma, it is centrally located and a very good deal that will leave anyone satisfied.

Splendid two week stay in the Maremma

A quiet place, wonderful scenery, relaxation assured and superior treatment of the owner and her assistants.The accommodation, of a simple and exquisite!!!To return... Very close to Grosetto where you can enjoy a beautiful citadel.Aprobio, to send a strong kiss and hug to the owner.
