This house is beautiful, the view of the countryside from the bedrooms are spectacular. 
Renza and Zolfo are the kindest host I have met until now and the homemade cakes they served us in the morning were incredible.
The bedrooms are big, well furnished and very clean. 
I recommend!

Incredible B&B with an amazing views on the hills

We visited this location 3 or 4 times and probably would go back again.  The owners, Victor and Renza, are absolutely delightful and always willing and ready to help you. Wonderful breakfast with home made bread and cakes, what more would you want?! It is quite hilly so probably not very suitable for disabled people.

Great peaceful location with lovely views

The owners Victor and Renza are very  friendly people. They make you feel at home.The house is well equipped , the beds are good, and Renza makes fantastis delicious cakes especially the carotcake! It is defenitely not a place voor disabled people

Fantastic view, very nice and quiet place

We stayed 3 days (2 nights) early spring 2014. It's off the beaten track, very quite farm house, clean, well located between gubbio and Perugia. If you need to take some time off in a relaxing countryside that's the place. For the first time in my life we've heard the sound of silence. Ask Mrs. Renza to take you to her Interesting Looming workshop, something you'll be sure not to miss. David & Marygrace

cozy little hamlet

We stayed for five days in this bed and breakfast, and it was a great choice. The location is just what we wanted: close enough to places like Gubbio, Perugia and Assisi, but far enough away that there was total peace and quiet.

We had a huge room with a view over the valley. Breakfast is served in the kitchen area (you can also use the kitchen to cook, at an extra cost), and was good quality, with fresh bread, cakes and organic yoghurt. There is also a small terrace area outside.

In the immediate vicinity there are quite a few restaurants. The only one we tried was the restaurant at a strange place called 'alcatraz', which I wouldn't recommend. But I know other guests were eating at the restaurants nearby and were very happy.

Overall we were delighted with our choice and it would we no doubt return if we wanted to stay in the area again.
