We really enjoyed staying in Punta Villa, it is very cozy, clean. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, no problem with our arrival late at night. We highly recommend this place for family vacation.

Perfect place

This is the best place to stay on La Maddalena. We visites la Maddalena and Valeria was already a great help before arriving. Helping with the boattickets, schedules etc. Once we had arrived we got a lovely appartement! Good information about places worth to visit and we had a fabulous stay. After our 8 days visit we went one week to the south of Sardegna. Then we had planned to stay one week in the North. But..... We missed Burgo Punta and made a phonecall to Valeria to inform about the possibility to stay 6 days more on the island. Our appartement was booked but we got another and this one wS also perfect. If you want to go, do not hesitate. It is Perfect!

A perfect apartment with a perfect view. Good service at the poolarea and friendly and helpful personal at the office. We will give Marco a big, big, thank you, for the good advice about the restaurants and the beaches. We really want to come back again next year!

A Paradise!

We spent two nights here in October. The location is great, offering great views of La Maddalena and the sea. Very quiet area, birds were the only thing we heard from the terrace - wonderful place to have breakfast, by the way. The kitchen was fully equipped - you can easily buy food from the supermarket (which is close) and cook it yourself. Parking included right next to the apartment. You should consider renting a car for going around the island and exploring the surroundings - there are amazing beaches and views. The pool was closed, being off-season, but it looked lovely.
Would definitely come back and recommend it to others!

awesome place

My wife and I spent four nights here in late August/early September and I can't speak highly enough of the place. The apartment we had was extremely spacious and easy to maintain, the Punta Villa was very easy to find and wonderfully central and Laura and the staff really couldn't do enough. She took genuine pride in annotating a map of the archipelago, pointing out all the best beaches and nothing was too much trouble. We'll definitely be back.
