We stayed 2 nights in this B & B, clean room and big bathroom, perfect location near the train station, which is not indifferent when you get tired from a day of trekking. Very attentive and kind service, the room is redone daily. Breakfast is served at the bar with vouchers (at the time of writing this review, at the Caffé élite, which I recommend you avoid like a pest). Recommended for couples, individuals and small groups. The noise of which some complain, is due to the incivility of some guests, certainly not from the structure.

Ottima posizione

This place is a genuine 5 minutes from the train station. Hidden in a side street the approach and entry does not look good however, once you care inside it is a bit dated but is clean, tidy and spacious. 

The hostess and host are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. They told us where everything was and provided maps and timetables. 

The rooms were cleaned everyday and emergency numbers provided just in case.

It is on the edge of the town centre and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. 

Breakfast is not provided but they give you vouchers for use in a nearby cafe which was fine.

Good basic accommodation 

It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the railway station. The area is quiet and convenient. Hotel room is spacious and clean. The host and hostess are kind and helpful. But obviously the sizes of bathroom differ from room to room. You'd better clarify when you book it. Besides that, everything is perfect here！Oh, just one reminder: you need to walk upstairs to check in and to have access to your room. If you don't have big suitcase, it would not be a problem.

Very nice room (with air-conditioning!) and Maria, the one in charge of it, was very very welcoming and gave us nice tips about the city! Although the street where it is in might not seem very special, the location is great, close to the train station and to restaurants, etc.

Simple but good!

The entrance is a bit deceiving, but as soon as you enter you are well taken care of. Thanks to the proprietor, Maria, our stay was so nice. Comfortable rooms, great location and all the help one could ever want. Maria even wrote several messages giving good advice on where to go and what to do. Much appreciated and we recommend a stay here. Affordable, clean and spacious rooms. Not luxurious, but we knew that. The hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station and a perfect setting for daily trips to the villages in Cinque Terre. Looking at the posts below it is in the eye of the beholder if you deem the hotel charming or not. We thought so. It was perfect for us!
