Located in a quiet area of La Spezia. The room is spacious and clean. The garden offers the possibility of having an outdoor breakfast, but do it yourself. The owners are hospitable, kind and always available. Although they cannot for obvious bureaucratic reasons related to regulations in force on the type of structure, they are willing to offer the minimum necessary to be able to organize for breakfast anyway.

It's easy to rent rooms.

We were guests of this B&B for a few days returning from a vacation in Val d'Orcia; a quiet B&B two kilometers from the centre of La Spezia, easy to find parking both on site and at the gates of the centre. Bedroom and bathroom very neatly furnished and impeccable cleanliness; courtesy and punctual in order. Breakfast outdoors in the garden.

Delicious B&B

Beautiful rooms, clean and cozy, quiet and friendly, very friendly and available, a porch with tables and chairs, breakfast or garden chats, really recommended, parking not far away, out of traffic.

It's quiet and cozy.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this rented room for two nights and what can I say, starting from the very well-maintained garden, the room was really nice and the impeccable cleaning jumped immediately to my eye, a quality I always look for. The very exquisite and cordial owner welcomed us right away explaining to us also the various places of interest near the house. We spent a day in Portovenere easily reachable by car in 10 minutes but I recommend shuttles because there is no parking in the village and a day of visit at 5 also easily reachable by train from La Spezia. If the opportunity comes again we will definitely return.

A really pleasant discovery.

We are just outside the city, in a quiet and colorful corner, strategic for various tours ((perfect for the 5 lands). There are several rooms, all cozy and tastefully furnished by the owner, which overlook a garden full of fragrant flowers, also equipped with tables and chairs. Too bad breakfast is not planned, it would be really pleasant to do it in this little corner of paradise! (There is however the boiler in the room, with the 'and nestle cap'). I was afraid of mosquitoes, but to tell the truth we didn't hear a single one, even if the gentle lady once gave us a little, but it wasn't even necessary at the end. For the little one who has the motorcycle it is very convenient, being provided with a space to occupy the table from his own door, with the 'and cappuccino nestle').

Among the flowers

We stopped by chance in this B&B, because we had not booked accommodation. We were greeted by a kind lady who spoke English. She had a room left, which we accepted. The reception was very pleasant and warm. The room was very nice and well maintained, with a small terrace and a jasmine-flowered garden that embalmed the surroundings. We stayed for two nights and did not regret the happy chance that allowed us to discover this place. I highly recommend it.

Warm welcome

Very comfortable at La Spezia station and boarding the ferries, clean and welcoming, the owner is very kind and available, located in a quiet place just outside the city, I'll be very happy to return.

Week-end five lands

Fantastic location, away from the crowds. Great little restaurants close by and it was good to be amongst the locals instead of the tourists. Lovely room, very clean. Beautiful courtyard garden to sit in. The owners are wonderful and so helpful. Couldn't do enough for us and I would love to go back there. We stayed 4 nights and could have easily stayed longer. Wifi was excellent. Breakfast was the same each morning but great assortment. Best cappuccino I had in Italy!  Thank you so much for a great welcome to Italy. Hope to see you again.

Loved it!!!!

There are only a few rooms with a view of the inner courtyard. A wonderful hostess, with whom I talked for more than two hours and learned a lot of interesting things about Italy and this region. Breakfast is quite simple. As the hostess explained, in this region they are not allowed by law to feed guests with unprinted food, which is sad, of course. The payment was only in cash, although they are going to wrap up the terminal to pay for the ticket soon.

A small family hotel

A lovely hostess who loves cats and offers a service to bring/take to the train station - much more convenient than on the bus.))) Breakfast: coffee, juice, water, curry, warm bread with tomatoes and onions and cookies.
