Super nice host, beautiful house and garden, has a pool, a lot of bedrooms, most of which have their own bathroom. it‘s a bit far to walk to the beach but possible. we were able to rent bikes at the house for 20€ the week and ladispoli as well as the beaches around are easily accessible. in 15min by bike you get to the station in ladispoli and there you can get to rome in about 20-40min. we found a lovely restaurant very near the house which had great food and very nice staff. All in all we were super happy with our choice and would visit again:)
