We've spent 4 days there, with family and friends. High rates it receives from all visitors are absolutely deserved - this place is a perfect example of how two cultures (Swedish owners and Italian old property) can result in a beautiful and welcoming place. We felt really good there and hopefully, we will visit it again.

Excellent place to stay.

Hotel Masseria Coccioli is an absolute gem of a place.  Beautiful grounds, with paths meandering their way through oleander, cacti, bougainvillea, lemon trees ... you can't help but relax as soon as you arrive. The swimming pool is the icing on the cake, with plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas.

Swedish owners Jan & Wenche have put an awful lot of hard work into making this such a stunning hotel and are, quite rightly, very proud of it.  Their hospitality is second to none. They've thought of everything, including a basket of sun cremes to dip into, and each room has its own allocated area in the fridge ... so thoughtful!

Rooms are well furnished and comfortable, and breakfast - eaten on the long shady terrace - was delicious, including small Swedish pancakes and even two different types of boiled egg.

Stunning place with wonderful hospitality

Perfect place for a family vacation or quiet get away destination. It is located in the midst of several of olive grooves, the regions most typical landscape, which provides a nice and quiet environment. It is close to several small coast towns for a day at the beach, as well as larger cities with rich history and plentiful choices of restaurants/cafes and tourist attractions. They provide comfortable rooms/apartments and a very good buffet style breakfast. Despite not having a restaurant, guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and pool for a relaxing day. If one wishes, lunches/dinners can be provided upon request (but with so many local food treasures close by it is never an issue)The hard working owners have built a truly beautiful place and are always helpful and friendly!

Beautiful place with homey feel

We have now visited Masseria Coccioli three times. We like to go there again and again, even though many other destinations are attractive. Why then Masseria Coccioli so appreciated? Our hosts, Wenche and Janne, has been carefully built up this dilapidated farmhouse into a fantastic accommodation. You have as guest access to a large pool, a buffet breakfast, own ability to cook food, fantastic bedroom and not least the host couple's hospitable attitude. Moreover, you can participate in various events, such as a cooking evening signed by Wenche. Magically!

Great visit at Macceria Coccioli

We had heard from friends that Masseria Coccioli was a great place to stay at. And indeed it is! Surrounded by olive trees you have a fully modern, well kept B&B, situated just a 35 minutes easy drive south from Brindisi airport. The service is just great, for the owners nothing seem to be impossible.Within less than hour there are lots of places to visit e g Lecce and Otranto 
We were there in September 2015 and have already booked rooms and flights for a stay there with lots of friends in June 2016.

Ciao! Coccioli is really something extra special! Located in the middle of the olive grove with a really genuine atmosphere, this is the place to stay at with your family and friends if you visit one of the best areas in Italy! Arriving late is never a problem for your hosts, Wenche & Janne, they always greet you with sincere warmth and home made lasagna if you are lucky. They have deep knowledge about the surroundings and offer great tips and advice. Janne is also happy to give guided tours in Lecce, a town who's history he knows well. One of the best beaches, Spiaggia Bella, is only ten minutes away and there are many very good restaurants close by if you choose not cook for your self in the Coccioli kitchen. Coccioli also has a very nice pool area, even if some of the sun beds have been somewhat bruised by the Puglian sun for some time.
