This is the best b & b I;ve ever stayed in, amidst my extensive travels in Italy. The rooms were elegant and *very cool*, no doubt because the building is a beautifully rehabbed old stone structure with very thick walls. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable; the bathroom was modern and very clean; the kitchen well appointed (and well supplied with more than the usual breakfast fare).  The host, Vito, was extremely helpful and courteous.  My traveling companion and I had a *terrific* stay; we both recommend this B&B very highly.  One ore thing: the Regina Maria is very well situated, being right next door to a fine (and inexpensive) trattoria and about a 5-minute walk from the duomo square.

The owner Vito and his sister are very caring and friendly. The accommodation is clean, big and functional. It is a 400 years building and they converted it in a nice apartment. The location is in the historic Old Town, close to restaurants, turist attractions and shop.

Huge and pretty!

Charming, large, comfortable and very clean modern apartment inside a very old building in the centre of the old town. The bedroom was massive with doors opening to the small piazza in front of the building. The living room was large and comfortable, the bathroom modern and well equipped, the kitchen was modern and the breakfast supplies very plentiful. The rear courtyard had a little sink for laundry purposes and a washing line so drying our clothes was easy - but there was no iron. Vito was a very helpful host, even though we could not speak one another's language! He informed us about good places to eat, visit, shop etc. and drove us to the station on the day we left. We had a lovely three day stay here and enjoyed every minute of it.

Superb!

I'm writing my review very late because I couldn't find the page before. We stayed here in November 2012 and had an unbelievably positive experience. I was sick and the owner and his sister took such great care of us, even taking my husband around to get medicine for me. We stayed there longer than planned and the place was so beautiful. We ended up having the whole place to ourselves, so it was rather palatial. It really is a beautiful home to stay in and I can't recommend it enough.
