The place is beautiful: spacious swimming pool, spacious rooms and well equipped (there are also games and booklets x children) and everything is clean and cared for. Also the location is spectacular: immersed in the hills and in the glass within two minutes of the center of Lerma, it allows you to enjoy extreme peace, but at the same time being close to the services. What about the managers? Yana and her family (we have known in particular her husband Bepppe, father Gianni and her children) are beautiful, discreet people but if they find availability they give pleasant chats and evenings.

The perfect vacation

Only seven days before the stay, the power station informs us that our stay booked nine months earlier is cancelled for overbooking the hotel.

Nice quiet place ++ in the countryside. Very clean accommodation. Super friendly, very professional hosts with little care. Last-minute requested breakfast perfect.

It's perfect.

1st stop towards Slovenia. Hotel hostel in the middle of nature. Very nice swimming pool corner after a long road. Spacious room, a little dark but very clean and very comfortable. Very good sleep. For dinner, as it was Monday there was not much choice. One Oasi restaurant (medium quality)

The perfect step

We've spent 15 days in this family home, and we've had a wonderful, peaceful stay, and thank you to Yana and your parents for your kindness, your advice on visits and your hospitality.

It's a great stay.

We were welcomed and cared for by a very warm family, a children's paradise with a swimming pool and a premium pony tour with the owner's daughter.

Everything was perfect.

We stayed at the farmhouse for the weekend and enjoyed it so much that we are already thinking about when we will return! The reception was great by the whole family! dinner and breakfast were included in the price of the room and the portions were all plentiful. For breakfast there were cookies, bread, honey and jam and we also tasted two delicious freshly baked cakes (one with chocolate and the other with yogurt) and coffee in abundance. The room was furnished in a simple and rustic way and the bathroom was spacious and functional (one of the flaws was not the patio but thanks to other reviews it was prepared) we were the only automatic guests of the restaurant and we enjoyed the restaurant since the restaurant is very well furnished with a beautiful garden and a beautiful doorway and the outside of the park - we have a very nice room for children and we have a very nice room with a beautiful garden and a very quiet backyard, where we have a very nice room with a beautiful garden and a beautiful garden and a beautiful garden.

If you're looking for a place where you can relax and relax, this is the place to be. We've been very pleased with the warm, family-friendly treatment.

Calm and relaxed

I decided at the last minute to come back from Padua to Nice. Just to look for freshness. Exit to Ovada, stop, stop very long, for a lunch at an agriturismo and then look for our shelter. Booking's cartography does not help because Burlino and a couple of kilometers beyond. But we get there. We are above the hill surrounded by hills largely cultivated to custody. Small but perfect swimming pool. A few rooms lined up next to each other. Furniture without fronts but there's everything meaning that we're looking for the natural and freshness we've had.

Wanting natural freshness

Location is superb! On the top of the mountain, deep in Italian country side. The host was very welcome and his family was very lovely. Huge dog of him was so cute and kind!
Be aware, they don't serve late dinner, so come prepared if late in the evening. 
Breakfast was nice in the lunch room with fantastic photos and American Indian gear.
My son didn't like it, because there were no games offered in Novotel. 

I would like to come back there again. Probably, arrange bike tour with stop over with this hotel.
