Great accommodation in a well-managed structure where kindness and hospitality are dominant. Strategic position with a remarkable lake view. The kitchen is high-rise, in fact it is a restaurant very sought after by outdoor guests. A remarkable choice with dishes cooked with passion. The first delicious ones with pasta prepared by cooks and condiments to the height.

From reception and hospitality. Edna and her husband really strive to provide a pleasant and pleasant stay. Easy location and parking that is right in front of the establishment. Perfect cleaning. Shower with box larger than the traditional Italian standard. Pleasant atmosphere. Good breakfast. Farther away from the boating points of the boats, but for those who are by car are only a few minutes and the quiet compensates for the distance, including the good bars and restaurants on the shore, which really stay on the shore and always with places available.

Hospitality

We ate at this restaurant on the other side of the lake. The chef served himself, good service, good food and everything cheap. Nice view of the lake. We're sure to be happy to come back. For a three-course menu, a salad and fish, beer, cola and water 55.50.

Good service and price

The hotel is well located, by the lake, with a very nice recent restaurant terrace facing directly on the lake (but the road separates the hotel from the terrace!... ), 5km from Stresa from where many shuttles depart on the lake. The reception of the patrons is friendly, friendly, and they are very attentive. The restaurant is simple but very correct as well as breakfast. The concern is more in the ageing of the hotel itself... It must have been well... 30 years ago... A quick refreshment of the whole would be necessary... We had a room in the annex with a view of a narrow alley and the backyard... (but at least we didn't enjoy the lake as well as the breakfast).

I'd need an upgrade.

Favourite points: the location between Stresa and Arona, kind staff. Favourite points: the old and dated rooms, lack of elevator, carpet everywhere, very ugly infusions, dark environment. We stayed in this hotel x 2 days, the services are minimal, breakfast with low variety and low quality products, not even a fresh cake. Don't take half pension because the choice is minimal and the dishes they offer may not always be pleasant even if the owners have tried to please us anyway. I advise the owners to lower the room rates and raise those of half pension to give more choice and quality.

It's not a three-star.

I stayed in this hotel with my thirteen-year-old son for 10 days in August. The room overlooking directly on Lake Maggiore was small but equipped with every comfort: free WiFi, phon, television and a cooling ventilator on the ceiling, a real fortune for those like me who suffer from air conditioning. impeccable cleanliness, changing sheets and towels every four days. Including in the price of the room buffet breakfast, rich and with excellent fresh brioches. We also had a few dinners, the menu dedicated to the pensioners: nothing researched but absolutely abundant in the portions and always with a good choice. And finally, the cherry on the cake: the availability of the owner of all of the bed linen and towels, sir.

It's a great hotel, like family.

The garbage truck was parked with the engine on under the window of the room for 40 minutes at 5:00 in the morning.

Bad experience

All right: * excellent quality/price ratio; * very kind staff; * room, with small bathroom, clean and equipped with TV and wifi; * excellent location directly on the lake and adjacent to the villa (private) where the Manzoni stays.

It's all right.

Okay, the room has more than dated furnishings with a view of a wall and the bathroom is very small. What's worthy of a prize is the warmth of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the good and quite rich breakfast, the location of the restaurant right on the lake where you eat well too. I would say positive experience and good quality price ratio.

Positive experience

A friendly and welcoming stopover by the main lake, smiling and welcoming staff, a perfectly decent meal for the fare, the lake is facing the hotel and the sun rises in the morning on the bedroom windows.
