This hotel is extremely welcoming. Be advised that all rooms are "upstairs" and there is no elevator. I do have to say that this room had the smallest shower I've ever seen in my life! It was approximately 3 foot square -- don't drop the soap! That said, it would have been difficult to find kinder, more helpful, more welcoming and friendlier hosts. The family and family-like staff welcome you as if you were a long-lost cousin. Just across the street from the hotel is a covered sitting area where you can take over a glass (or bottle) of wine or ?? that you can purchase from the hotel bar, along with some pretzels and potato chips. The hotel owners and their daughter also own a couple of restaurants in town, so you can expect good meals at either of their restaurants -- or even at the hotel if they happen to be serving that night. Although the hotel is not IN the Cinque Terre,, it is just a 4 minute train ride away from Monterosso, and the hotel is just a 5-7 minute walk from the train station. Its also just a short walk from the hotel to access Levanto's beautiful beach. The town itself has a lot of amenities not commonly found in smaller towns -- cute shops, lots of Gelato stores, a couple of laundromats, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Levanto and cannot recommend the Hotel Primavera and its staff highly enough. 
One word of caution -- if you decide to hike from Levanto to Monterosso, be sure to take the LEFT fork when the trail splits. But, if you really want to hike, it's a much better plan to take the train to Monterosso and then hike on to the next village of the Cinque Terre.

Very nice accommodations in a cute and accessible town

This is a lovely hotel right up the street from the beach, but the best feature is the people who run and work at this hotel. They were the nicest, most accommodating people we ever met! Every one of them! The breakfast was also very good - loved the carrot/orange juice and the homemade yogurt. Highly recommend!

Lovely family run hotel

Very friendly staff, well-groomed environment, clean and comfortable room, five-star breakfast, convenient location near the beach, providing natural gas and water for free.

Trekking five lands

I've been in Levante for 5 years and I've been in different places, I love this place very much))) Last year I stayed in a hostel, very good, but not for me. This year I stayed in the same room for the same price as the hostel for the night. For three stars it's a fancy hotel. There's air conditioning, there's wifi, there's furniture, and everything's comfortable. I didn't have a balcony in my room and the window didn't open (it went out in the spring about)))) and it wasn't a problem.

The best 3-x *** hotel.

We stayed here with Rick Steves' Heart of Italy tour.  Great staff, wonderful food, American temperature air conditioning.  Our room had a very small bathroom, that would be the only minus to this place.

Nice Hotel, great location

I've only stayed at this hotel for two days, but I can tell you that the interior is completely renovated, well-maintained, fantastic hospitality by the managers, it's in a very central position to be in the center of the village that the proximity to the beach, breakfast on a very appreciated terrace, as well as the outdoor space with tables and chairs, very few hotels have this privilege, we'll be back safely.

We stayed five nights in this central hotel, a few minutes' walk from the train station and facing the sea. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is plentiful and there is a nice terrace where you can eat. The staff is very kind, the owner is always available and the reception girls are very sweet and always willing to exchange four chats. The parking lot is far from the hotel, but we never used the car because it is convenient to travel by train to the Five Lands.

Nice hotel with a staff of the best kindness and service (reservation of a super restaurant by cmail the drainage tonight). Super breakfast on the terrace, nice room.

Great base for visiting the five lands

Good choice for spending a few days in Levanto. Central location, easy access to the sea and the local restaurants. Very friendly and available staff Comfortable room but too small bathroom Breakfast varies and abundant Parking options accessible by shuttle from the hotel at 10 euros, which are not few but considering the scarcity of car seats and above all all all all for a fee, I would say it is an excellent service. I recommend it!

A few days in Levant

Hotel with perfect location, the managers are kind and polite, breakfast with excellent choice and variety, impeccable room cleaning, spacious rooms, more sacrificed bathroom, but still excellent quality price! Super recommended
