What was good

Most of the members of staff was polite and friendly. The Position of the Hotel for the skiing lift's was great, the view of the valley was amazing able to seeing all most 360* of fireworks for New year. The bus's was free to able to shopping in town and other's skiing lift's available in all Livigno.

What was bad

The bed was comfortable but the bedding cover was made synthetic material that made sparkling lights when you touch it probably because in the room was super hot too so we slept with the window open, it was annoying and amusing in the same time because I never experience and seeing that before. In the bathroom was nice but there was only one squeeze bottle in the shower for everything. I have been less star Hotel's and they had complementary shower cap, shampoo, shower gel, tooth brush and much more. The room I felt to come back in time 1970* surprisely I find a carpet in Italy so imagine how clean is it after 50 year's. Not USB port, WiFi not working properly. After all most of the members of staff was polite and friendly.
