I'm sure it wasn't the first time I was a guest at this facility but this year I wasn't satisfied.... besides... it was a passing one night only with dinner, the room with window inaccessible (in front of a possible 3 bed)... but dinner... I asked what the menu was for...the answer was that the menu on Thursday was fixed...but what was eaten????? appetizer: speck....I don't eat it...I ask for an alternative, I'm offered ham...my friends were already at the first, that I was still waiting for my ham....they had the courage to put the dishwasher in front of me and, after my dining table, they finally put two pieces of fabric in front of me! I served the dishwasher on a really dirty second! the dishwasher practically didn't turn out! I...I didn't get the food in the room...I was told....I didn't want to talk to anyone, I was in the garage....I didn't know what to do....I didn't know what to eat, so I didn't know what to tell them....I didn

I'm disappointed in you.

I was at this hotel in a strategic location to participate in the Sellaronda Bike Day cycling event. The owner is a very kind and available person and, since my arrival, has been able to meet all the particular needs of a cyclist. Particularly appreciated the possibility of depositing the bike in the ski room (video-surveiled), very good the offer for both breakfast and dinner, room staff equally kind and available. Room size suitable for only one person. We hope to see you again next year.

Have a nice stay

Great place, very kind and friendly owners and staff in hotel and restaurant. Clean and comfortable rooms with everyday cleaning. Hotel is almost ski in and out, just few minutes from ski lift.  Our family enjoyed. Sauna and jacuzzy also useful, clean.

Great place to enjoy in vacations

Two-star hotel in the main square of Arabba very close to the lifting facilities. The owner is very kind and available. Good price ratio, food is excellent and abundant, breakfast offers a lot from sweet to salty, fast staff always present. The rooms are a bit dated but always clean and very warm. What I strongly advise.

Three days of skiing in Arabba

My husband and I stayed for three nights to explore the wonders of our mountains. Although the hotel is a bit dated, it offers excellent services. The owner Franco is available and very kind, the staff is very friendly, cordial and attentive to the needs of the customers, in an instant you make friends. The food for breakfast and dinner is abundant and very good. The typical rooms and cleaning is excellent. I recommend it to everyone.

A nice place to stay.

This place is fantastic, Franco and his staff are absolutely the best. 

I stayed here for 7 nights with a group of cyclists. The cyclists were provided a room to store their bikes.

The rooms are clean with an amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices. Lunch, they have yummy pizzas and for dinner we had a 3 course meal every night  and it was delicious.😋 

The staff here are exceptional,  one in particular, Mario. Thank you Mario for the laughs and keeping those Spritz coming while the others were out riding.

Stay here! It’s the Best.

It's a great two-star hotel but it deserves three, small but very clean rooms, strategic location for wonderful walks, excellent quality and abundant cuisine, nice owner great availability, I recommend the rooms in the back because in the summer the ones in front suffer from the noise caused by a pub in front where they often overdo until late at night with ball music!! I would understand it at the sea, but in the mountains people go there to relax and above all they wake up early to walk.

Two stars, but he deserves three.

We came back after a year...this time x 5 days, from August 7th...on a motorcycle...what to say...just that we were welcomed well, we did the formula 1/2 pension...enchanting dinner...superb breakfast...excellent staff.

It's good to be back.

The hotel is convenient, easy to find, has a good parking lot with qualified staff and is available, a half boarding house with a good dinner and breakfast. The hotel is well-maintained and has a large bar with open tables.

It's a date but it's valid.

Hotel located in the center of Arabba, convenient for starting excursions but also for taking two steps in the center. Room with a size suitable for a two-person living room, such as the bathroom. My advice is to remove the carpet. Good cleaning and room service. Great restaurant. Good quality buffet breakfast with lots of choice between sweet and salty. Phenomenal the coffee machine that produces a best cappuccino of the bars! Dinner with choice between local dishes and no. Very good dishes with plenty of personal portions, compliments to the kitchen. Courtesy and professional people, in our particular Rosa and Filippo, always ready to meet the demands. Unique negative note, at the time, is that someone uses the coffee table well as well as the hot Arabic table when we stay at this hotel.
