We recently spent a week at this beautiful place to celebrate my father’s 80th.
Great location and perfect accommodation. We were a group of 8, and there are 5 individual trulli which are not interconnected internally, so everyone has their own privacy, and most importantly, their own bathroom. Obviously, a new development, everything was neat and clean, and we had everything we needed. The pool remained unbelievably clean for the duration of our stay, which with 3 kids, is quite an achievement. Linen, towels and beach towels were provided, and there is constant hot water.
The villa is close to Locorotondo, and there is a handy mini-market and pizza restaurant within walking distance.
Would love to go back here as there was so much left to see, do, and eat!

We just returned from a week spent at Piccoli's Trulli and are "Trulli disappointed!" 
Very surprised at previous reviews as it is NOT a gem by any stretch! Arrived to find that there were absolutely NO ammenities...that is toilet paper, soap, washing up liquid, sponges, mop, vacuum, salt, pepper, olive oil...Ended up having to supply a complete home. Also shortage of bedding so ended up having to drive to Bari to purchase additional pillows, blankets...to add to their already IKEA decorated home. Not exactly what you would expect from a "Luxury villa" at €5,000 a week. The garbage from the previous guests was still left in the bins in the bathrooms and toilet brushes were on top of all the toilet seats. The water shut down on 3 occassions, two of which the owner needed to be called to turn it back on and as it was a holiday in Puglia they weren't pleased to have to attend. 
There is no oven in the kitchen, it is located in a bedroom in one of the trulli's a few doors away. When we hired a chef to cook I wasn't pleased to find him cooking fish in the room I was later sleeping in. The freezer which is the size of a shoe box was filthy with food stuck to it. The kitchen had no toaster and old beat up pots and pans. There is an outdoor barbecue and no wood or charcoal provided to cook with. We actually had to furnish the entire villa with basic essentials you would expect for a villa advertised as "LUXURY!"  There were lanterns supplied with a few of them having half burnt candles and no additional candles provided. The TV in one of the sitting areas did not have batteries in the remote and once we purchased and put them in the TV still did not work. Bulbs were burnt out in many of the bedrooms and we needed to go buy those as well. The pool is not heated and even though it was one of the hottest times in Puglia it was freezing and only the brave tempted to give it a go. As for linens and towels. There were one for the bath and one for the pool provided on each bed...NO additional linens in any cupboard were to be found. There is a washing machine but no laundry detergent. My personal favourite was that you have to take the garbage in your car down the road to the communal dumpsters and upon leaving we left the bottles and plastics for recycling and were asked to take them with us. Forgot to mention that no bin bags were provided. 
So folks...don't be fooled by the wide angle lens photos which gloss over all the flaws. This is a cubic zirconia in the rough at best!

Far cry from a "Luxury Villa"

This place is incredible! 
The condominium is perfectly clean, has wnough space, stays cool during day and night without the need of airconditioning - you can sleep with rhe window open (protected by the mosquito meshs in the window-frame - and it is calm ... the only "noise" you hear in the morning is the singing of the birds. A perfect place with a locely garde-terrace ... I will come back here for sure !!

The perfect retreat ....

Spent 2 nights here to introduce my girlfriend to the beauties of Valle D’Itria.
We ended up spending as much time at the Trulli as around the amazing landscape, the coast and villages around.
The garden, the light of the white stones, the funny chats with Rosella, the lovely girl running the place, and the food she helped to find (the tarali, freselle and wine...OMG!), were in fact an experience by itself and a great introduction to the culture of the area. 
Spaces are comfortably big, clean, silent at night and full of light during the day. 
Definitely a great value for the area of Italy recently came to the spotlight of tourists. As a great addition, Rosella will always have the right tips to enjoy your time there.
So much so that this bit of la bella vita, left us craving for more!
