We are a group of 10 people who rented the entire villa for a week. In a few words: very little potential for care and treatment by the bad host! In particular: the house has a nice panorama; it is well connected to places of interest; a living room with dining table and three sofas, TV and stereo (((not working); swimming pool, outdoor tables and portico; barbecue (small); 5 private rooms of which three with private bathroom and air conditioning and two without air conditioning and sharing the bathroom in the bathroom.

High potential, poor care and treatment

I have stayed several times at the B & B Montecristo Country House and I must confirm everything indicated and described on the Instagram profile montecristo_country_house that I recommend you visit. Recently visited Tuscan house in modern style and built with precious materials, immersed in an olive garden, and English lawn, from which you can admire algae and enchanting sunsets. Refined rooms with all the comforts: free wifi, TV, terrace equipped with table and sofa, very modern independent bathroom in the basement with crystal sink, bidet, wc, shower and every bathroom fitted with window. On the ground floor there is a very large tavern where the breakfast is always served with freshly baked bread and freshly baked bread in addition to the camel screen in the living room.

Relax in a lovely place

A breathtaking view, a dream pool, a cozy house with all the amenities, a strategic place to visit a lot of attractions, we've already booked our next stay.

It's wonderful.

The casale.... is in a nice area below Manciano, that is, between Manciano and the Marseillaise, has a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside with a beautiful sunset (point!). The casale... which is to say... surely in the outside would have to be renovated, is a bit left to go. The rooms are not bad, normally.... only sin, the towels knew about moisture, did not send a good smell. From the pool I do not leave comments. For breakfast all right!.....A thank you to the lady who followed us, who did everything possible to make us feel good.

I'm immersed in nature! Stop!

We spent a week here in total relaxation and quiet. The B&B is located in an isolated area, away from all the chaos, but 10 minutes by car from the first residential center and about 30 minutes from the beaches. The room and bathroom are spacious and furnished with good taste, like the rest of the house. Equipped with every comfort, perhaps an added value could be a minibar in the room (the owners grant the use of the kitchen fridge). Breakfast is served in the living room, equipped with a lot of refinement. Every morning we were delighted with fresh cakes or muffins.

It's just wonderful!

The problem is the location in nature and with a spectacular view. The problem is the things described that are not actually there. Like the wifi today is not working as well as the pool that is being restored. Another problem is the private bathroom that in some rooms actually exists, if you happen to have a room with a separate bathroom instead, be prepared to have to go through the communal areas every time.

It's all in nature, but something's missing.

Charm houses of stone recent, precious materials and finishes, floors, infissi, spacious bathrooms with full shower windows with blowing, crystal doors, stone sinks, design faucets, spacious rooms with views of the Tuscan countryside, equipped with air conditioning, tv, wifi, heating for the winter, each with an independent patio and equipped table, breakfast room with tail piano, stone fireplace, refined atmosphere, super-finished Italian breakfast, kindness, education, privacy and availability of the housekeeper. Two rooms on the ground floor reserved for disabled people on the moog.

Relax in a charming home

Hello, I went back to Montecristo Country House, and I found a wonderful garden: roses, ortensias, grass, olives, pepper tree! A tripod of colors. A varied and abundant breakfast, with highly refined equipment, Bruno always available, absolute silence, complete relaxation. Excellent cleanliness. Each room has a television and bathrooms with windows. I don't understand the criticism of those who hear noises: always absolute silence. It depends a lot on the degree of civility of the guests!

Just relax.

Nice structure in a convenient location to visit different locations such as Argentario, Capalbio, Pitigliano, Saturnia and other nearby villages. Very kind Natalia who provided breakfast by setting up the table and preparing delicious cakes. She was, however, made to note that the butter was blackened and despite having bought the fresh product she continued to propose the stuffed one as well. The house was dirty: spiders, hair in the bathroom, a stain on the mattress (type of a coffee cup), dead insects.

Nice but neglected!

Staying often at Bruno's B & B because it's a charming place. Typical Tuscan new house, very neat and refined furniture, spacious rooms with a fully equipped patio or a breathtaking terrace overlooking the sea. Modern bathrooms in every suite with windows. Abundant and proprietary breakfast always available to provide information. Free Wi-Fi, reserved parking, beautiful indoor swimming pool. As soon as I can come here to refresh myself, silence and pristine nature. I walk or take a mountain bike made available for free. And what not so little from November, December or March I'm taking the sun because the temperature is always mild! Montecristo Country House I highly recommend the costume!
