It's a lovely place in the woods, an essential, clean and special structure. Breakfast is brought fresh every morning with homemade cookies and cakes. There's a nice swimming pool where you can sunbathe and relax in the middle of the green. If you want to unplug the spine and regenerate yourself it's the right place. A few meters away (on foot) by taking a nice walk you can get to the archaeological site that I highly recommend. A 20-minute drive to the Terme of Saturnia There are only a few sins: the swimming pool equipment that is partly to be replaced; a little more care in the home stoves (appropriate kitchen paint, there were no scotches and products for the smell) To make the farm really worthwhile, you need to have a close relationship with the wildlife (which has been thoroughly satisfied with the routes to the paradise).

I Want to Get Away From It All

It's a very quiet and secluded (very positive, but it can also be a source of comfort for those who are not used to it). You can get there by driving through Cavone's Cave Road (near the grave) which makes everything more mystical and suggestive. The houses (room + bath + kitchen) and the exteriors know of rusticity which balances the price not too high compared to other facilities in the area.

A Good Choice

It's a nice idea to create small houses under the trees. The houses have a kitchen and a courtyard in front of the house, cleaned up. The farmhouse has a swimming pool, barbecue area, some children's games. Everything can be much more tidy. The price is too high for what is offered.

Farming with potential

The property is divided into 4 apartments and a dependency, all equipped for a holiday in the sign of relaxation and complete autonomy. The current manager, Vittorio, is very available to every need of the client. The only fault is the pool, as although present, it is of an inadequate height for adults.

Relax in the wild

We just spent 7 days in this beautiful farmhouse. Rustic and cozy, immersed in nature but strategic to visit the surrounding places, with a beautiful swimming pool for the quietest days when you don't want to move by car. Vittorio is kind and always available for any advice and need. Everything very well maintained, the garden, the pool, the rooms. It is a perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday!

What a lovely vacation.

We stayed in Picchio, a real cottage set in an oak forest with so much silence is quiet, the ideal place if you are looking for peace and romance. There is also a small well-groomed swimming pool and equipped with umbrella beds and shower. The new manager Vittorio is very kind, competent, available and knows how to treat guests with care and respect.

Relax in an enchanted forest

It may not be the easiest place to reach, but after you've been there you want to go back. The silence and the forest are just for those who want to relax even between one holiday day and the other. The owner is very welcoming and precise. For breakfast a basket is brought every morning with the necessary and there are external tables and benches in the apartments that allow you to arrange breakfast outdoors. The apartments are simple but provided with the necessary and clean. The owner has also made a large common room with sofas table and television where you can stay in company or among friends if you travel in a group.

Peace and quiet

It's a beautiful place where you can find contact with nature but at the same time close to beautiful villages that deserve a visit. We stayed in Picchio, completely immersed in the forest. The apartment is spacious, well maintained, with everything necessary. The pool has the beautiful fresh and sunny water.

The Magic Forest

A lovely place to relax in the midst of nature, Manuela, the really exquisite owner, since she took over this place has become a beautiful oasis of peace, 10 and praise to the breakfast that makes you come every morning, I highly recommend.

Enchanted nature

Small complex of five small apartments, furnished in an essential but functional, cozy and quite comfortable. A spectacular location, in the middle of a forest part of an archaeological site, immersed in the spectacle of nature. The road to get there is a bit like this, but it is in tune with the environment and still not problematic. The surrounding villages are architectural chic, the peaceful landscapes of the senses. Perfect for spending relaxing holidays, natural beauties, archaeological, landscape and gastronomic.
