We were only looking for an inexpensive place to stay over a night during a long motorcycle trip. Garni Erna was a total surprise at how awesome it was. Pros: excellent location, parking, wellness center, breakfast, rustic and clean rooms, free wifi, and outdoor jacuzzi! We spent several hours in the cold rain, sipping Bier and enjoying the hot tub! Short walk to town center. Cons: a little difficult to find as it is tucked behind a larger commercial hotel on a narrow road. Totally threw off our navi and had to backtrack to find it. Recommendations: go to the Euro Spar grocery store, by the church, for fresh bread, bier, meats and cheeses. The town is a tourist trap and food is very expensive in the town center.
