Good experience

The hotel is located 200 meters from the sea, it has a small private parking lot, clean room. Unfortunately we had the room near the street so it was quite noisy, a huge sin was breakfast, the owner of the hotel, given the moment we are or the pandemic preferred it to be made in the room, in the hotel you found packed brioches those you find in the supermarket, there was only a coffee machine available outside our room, where those who woke up at seven in the morning to make a coffee woke everyone who was in the rooms of the suction rooms, Besides, there was no chance to have milk, nechi, we always made breakfast despite the fact that neither a mattress nor a mattress in the next bed was very crowded.

Bad breakfast.

I'm in a great location with private parking, a 3-minute walk from the sea, near a supermarket and near great places to eat.

Good facilities, nothing exceptional but nice, orderly, very kind staff, also available a small like interior parking space sufficient for all guests otherwise the car leaves it on the street and nothing happens. Breakfast in times of COVID but still more than discreet and abundant. Comfortable, bright, spacious and clean room. Sure if I had to return I wouldn't have any problem booking again: price, considering the season, more than acceptable, in line with the service offered. Possibility to book bathrooms agreed with the facility.

Regular but nice and welcoming

I stayed with some colleagues for a couple of days in this facility. To discourage for some conveniences that I think are indispensable, to guarantee a decent stay: - on the site breakfast is served from 07:30 to 08:30. the lady instead after registration tells us that breakfast is served from 08:30, so, since we had to leave the hotel for work at 7:45 we did not use even a coffee. the thing that is even unfortunate is that in the account we had to pay 4 euros per afternoon coffee taken at our arrival. I would say that since we did not use breakfast, they can be offered comfortably.

What a bad experience.

The hotel does not offer any service, as from photos you can see the excellent breakfast made up of a plumcake and a marmalade cornette packaged from the supermarket, the tray speaks for itself, service coffee would not exist, go downstairs and enjoy the coffee self service machine (anti-Covid because it is touched by everyone and is not disinfected). No person present in the structure for any request we had to call looking for the number.

Weight

My boyfriend and I chose to stay here, attracted by the positive reviews and the location of the property. Initially we booked for one night only but later we had the opportunity to extend our beautiful weekend in Marina di Massa, and Mrs. Paola quickly found us accommodation.

Relax = Casa Versilia Hotel

Gentle and available staff. Clean rooms. Quiet location. Buffet breakfast with a wide selection. Great location very close to the sea and the center of the marina.
