I recently stayed in Agriturismo Monte Saco (3 April until 5 April) in a group stay. Due to the isolation of the Agriturismo (on a mountain) you have no possibility to communicate with the outside world by means of cell phone, internet. As this is the only requirement I have while travelling  I had to abandon my stay more early than expected (4 nights before originally planned). The agriturismo, in person of the "mama" did not want to re-imburse the 4 nights as it was pre-paid. 
Apart from the isolation, one should consider that some of the accommodation is nice, but fairly expensive. Consumption (drinks) are expensive (for this region) and meals are typical for the region (not my taste). Staff is able to communicate in Italian only.

Big room perhaps lacking a few comforts - chair in particular.  No wifi - we were told this added to the tranquillity but that was not our experience.  The pool had very noisy patrons and this noise was matched by the hungry, squawking guinea fowl.  Still, the place has wonderful views of Monte Sacro and around.  The dinner was goo and breakfast also was pleasant

Not tranquil

This is how a agriturismo should be, six kilometers in the mountains but close to sea. Quit and lots of birds and other animals. Great pool and big rooms. The food is excellent, just take the antipasti from local produce and some meat or fish from the grill, you can't go wrong. For the people who can't find it because of your navigation, just follow the signs and push trough, it's further away than you think.

Lovely agriturismo

We stayed at this Agriturismo as a stop-over on a self guided walk from Vieste to Monte S'Angelo.  The owners/hosts are an elderly couple (very shrewd businessmen).  They offer clean, comfortable accommodation.  We went half-board and were given a well heated (self-catering) appt for 90euro.

The food was copious and of an excellent quality.  Its within the National Pk so one of only a few places to stay outside the main towns.  We had a table next to a hearty fire while a group of Dutch orchid spotters were in the other room with another fire.

Would thoroughly recommend for longer stays as there are plenty of places to visit and its good for kids too as there are a multitude of animals there.
